It was my worst moving experience. The guys were extremely unprofessional (I even found them sitting down on the floor checking at their phones trying to make extra time). Some objects arrived broken, also my bed, and my table was left behind. They were also late and slow and I was forced to pay more than the original budget. It was just terrible and I will proceed with a legal complain about the company.

They made mistakes but there is no way to contact them.

Everything went smooth, we opt for full service and we’re fully moved to the new house within one day as promised. All items were in a good condition, nothing broken. Very happy with service. Highly recommended

3 words: efficient, effective, careful

It was a real pleasure and piece of mind to have such a great team by our side. Something what I considered very stressful and difficult turned out to be very pleasant. The team was: very professional, easy to talk to, straight forward, collaborative and very fun to be around. Very glad I trusted them with our belongings and will use the company again in the future. Highly recommend!

Verhuizen met Holland Movers voelde voor mij aan als "een flow", wat het natuurlijk ook zou moeten zijn. Maar het ontbreken van problemen, van vertragingen en dergelijke maakte het een plezierige en fijne ervaring. De kosten vielen mee, maar dat was ook omdat ik het goed had voorbereid.

I have moved using Holland Movers using the all inclusive package. Initial estimated time was 10 hours but at the end it took 15 hours.
When this was apparent, company send 2 more movers for free and reflected very little amount on top of the estimated amount.

The movers were very friendly, professional, calm, easy going and solution oriented. They had to work very long hours but didn't complain once. They pack and moved everything smoothly, assembly and disassembly was without problems and there was no damage at all.

I can easily recommend the company and their all inclusive service.

As a recommendation to the company, it would be nice if they came for packing one day prior. Then moving would take very few hours.

The guys were very efficient and quick! There were more stuff than anticipated but they manage to get it done in time. Nothing bad can be said.

I completed a move with Holland Movers and I was very happy with the entire experience! From the very beginning, the atmosphere during the move was calm, and organized —something I didn’t expect during such a typically stressful time. The team Mac, Floris E. and Moh X. brought a positive energy and reduced the usual stress of moving. They were attentive to my concerns, answered all my questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was done with efficiency and my valuables were handled with care. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free move, only the weather could have been better 😉 Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive moving experience!

Het offertegesprek was zeer professioneel en gaf me het gevoel dat ze echt wisten waar ze mee bezig waren. Dit bleek ook uit alle herinneringen en ondersteuning in de aanloop naar de verhuisdag. Het team dat de verhuizing uitvoerde was ongelooflijk efficiënt, voorzichtig en vriendelijk.

The move day, well, we survived. That is the best I can say. We moved five times in the past six years including an international relocation. This house moving is the worst experience for us. For several reasons:

1. Despite the fact that the company sent someone to survey the house in person. Plus we send them a file listing all of the new furniture details including package size and amount (we ordered new furniture for our new home prior to the move and this was informed to the person on the in person survey day). How many and volume was well underestimated. As a result, they couldn’t fit everything in one truck and had to wait for another truck. And because it’s over weighted, it caused damage to our furniture. They admitted themselves too.
2. Most of the furniture are not wrapped, despite that they sent wrapping materials. There were two whole roll of wrapping material unused. This also caused damage to our furniture.
3. Because the guys didn’t actually finish all the packing on the packing day, it led to extra hours spent on the moving day to pack and load the truck.
4. Because underestimating the amount of stuff, it took extra hours to load the truck.
5. The moving day went on until almost 8pm. If we didn’t have the “full service” order, we would have been charged extra because of their operational fault.
6. Before the move, we had our new house replanted entirely. Due to the move, it had left marks, stains, damage on the walls and stairs, which would cost us extra to fix again.

On a different note: the movers are students who work part time. They are untrained, inexperienced. To be fair, it’s not their fault that they are untrained and inexperienced. But because of the company choose to heavily rely on inexperienced workers, it causes so much damage to our furniture and house.

While I feel sorry for the student workers, it’s highly unethical for the company to claim that they are professional moving company and charge us premium prices. What you pay and what you get as a service is severely unjustified.

The atmosphere during the move was fantastic—super chill yet efficient. The guys created such a positive vibe that it honestly made the whole experience enjoyable.
They did an incredible job at reducing the stress of moving. From start to finish, everything felt under control, and their professionalism made me feel totally at ease.
The move was completed right within the estimated time, which I really appreciated. It showed how organized and reliable they are.
They were also extremely careful with all my valuables—nothing was scratched, damaged, or out of place.
Overall, the team was amazing and super cool. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to help me move!

We hebben ons bedrijf verhuist, hier zaten veel zware kasten en bureaus bij. Alles is heel netjes verhuist, het duurde wat langer dan geschat, maar de jongens werkten zelfs aan het einde van de dag nog keihard door. Heel erg tevreden!
