We’ve been dealing with Sam at holiday sunsation, who has been incredibly helpful, patient and informative.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to secure our honeymoon with the company due to a price increase with their supplier that took the holiday out of our budget, but Sam really did their best to try find us an alternative deal and worked very hard for us. But as we had our hearts set on a particular resort, we did not go ahead with any alternative offered. We were so incredibly appreciative for all of Sam’s help, and not once did we feel pressured to take an alternative deal; Sam completely understood we had our hearts set on a particular resort and I know they would have got us the deal we wanted if they could have.

Due to the fantastic customer service we have received, we will certainly look to book future holidays with the company and in particular, with Sam.

Great communication . Planned a great itinerary . Easy to talk too . And happy with the price too . Hopefully the holiday is exactly the same experience

Holiday Sensation, Alex in particular, made booking my dream holiday an absolute dream 🥰. I saw adverts of this company on Facebook, just as many other ones, but something made me feel like I could trust this company. I was sceptical at the beginning. You hear people saying, 'Are you sure they are legit?' I can truly say Holiday Sensation is more than legit. Alex couldn't be more patient with me if he tried 😋. He made all the bookings, gave suggestions, I gave mine, and we created our dream trip to Thailand. He took care of flights, accommodation and transfers. I did not have to do a thing. Although out of curiosity, I priced hotels and flights myself, and it was all coming out more expensive, so tbh, I wouldn't bother doing that again, as I know Alex can beat all the prices anyways ha ha. We wanted to upgrade the room. I contacted the hotel myself, and they also gave me a higher price than the one I got from Alex at Holiday Sensation! We are already thinking of booking our next trip with Holiday Sunsation! Alex called me when we were booking various things to make sure we got it all correct. It made it a little more personal too and made me put more trust into him. He checked in with us on holidays too which i found very nice ☺️ Overall, we honestly could not be happier with their service and patience. Huge thanks Alex and Holiday Sunsation 🫶🏼🌞🥰

Ben was absolutely amazing. Couldn’t recommend him enough! I was nervous about booking this holiday as it’s mine and my partners dream holiday and I didn’t want anything to go wrong and Ben answered every single question I had and helped me book, even helping adjust my deposit so I could pay it when I was paid from my job. Reached out through FB to Holiday Sunsation asking for some dates and prices for a break in Sri-Lanka and the Maldives. Had the pleasure of dealing with Alex who has been first rate with their customer service. Quick response provided with dates and a great price and kept me informed throughout the process. The holiday itself was first class, well organised and the hotels and accommodation have been excellent. Alex has kept in touch, regularly checking that everything was going as planned and supported with any questions and queries i had. Cannot recommend enough.

I could not recommend this company enough. I was initially nervous booking after finding them on Facebook but after doing some research and speaking with previous customers (a mix of good and bad reviews) we went ahead and booked our trip to the Maldives for 2027 and I’ve even been looking at booking some other trips with them.

From day one I have dealt with Sam and his understanding of my families needs, patience and expertise has really made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. It makes such a big difference dealing with the same person and Sam is always on hand to respond very quickly and efficiently even late at night.

i had been looking for a special getaway for a special occasion and saw an advert for something that looked ideal on facebook, it was with holiday sunsation, so i reached out and got in contact with ben who couldn’t have been more helpful putting together a very detailed and very special package for me which included a lot. he was so easy to work with, he took on board what i was wanting and came up with the perfect solution without putting me under any pressure. he gave me the time to look over everything, made a few wee tweaks for me and got everything bang on before booking. can’t recommend enough of ur wanting someone to take the stress out of organising that dream holiday.

Ben has been amazing at organising a trip to Thailand for my family. I've asked for a lot of changes/options and nothing has been too much trouble for Ben, he has been very obliging.
