I booked our holiday to the Maldives with Nick. Nick put a lot of work in looking at different deals and accommodation options to keep within our budget. And when we finally did book I realised internal UK flights to the airport I chose were going to cost a lot more than I thought. I assumed it would be too late to change airports as we already had our holiday confirmation through but Nick was happy to amend this for us, re-quote leaving from another UK airport and then rebook the whole holiday for us which saved us a lot of money.
So looking forward to our holiday next March and I hope it all goes a smoothly as booking with this company did.

3rd time booking with Holiday Sunsation...
In May 2026 we had the most unbelievable holiday to the maldives, staying in a sea lagoon villa with private pool and slide into the sea. Sun Siyam world wow totally recommend this island.

In Sept this year we have Thailand booked, 2 islands, with 5* resorts, flights, transfers and trips included.

We have just booked Bali for next Sept 2027, 2x 5* resorts with private pools and all travel taken care of.

We found the booking process very easy with Sunsation, always available to answer queries and adapted the holidays to our needs and wants.

I have two holidays booked with Holiday Sunsation. I was sceptical at first seeing some amazing deals thinking yeah be double the price? How wrong could I be package 1 Thailand 3 City's Krabi,Khao Lak,Patong flight transfers and hotels bargain. Package 2 Bangkok,Cambodia,Vietnam Alex my agent was on fire and put me a fantastic package together within a day I took one look and had to book.

It truly is paradise.We booked this dream holiday through Holiday Sunsation. It was our first time using them, and Alex was incredibly helpful and patient, going back and forth to get our package just right. Alex stayed in contact before we traveled to ensure we had everything, and even messaged us during our holiday to check on us. Now that is world-class service!We stayed in a Lagoon Over Water Villa with a Slide. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and perfect. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every single day; they honestly could not do enough for us.The entire resort is amazing, but what sets it apart is the people. Every single staff member is friendly, attentive, and deeply proud of their work. Everyone you pass greets you with a warm smile and a hello. Even the island bus drivers are absolutely lovely—so welcoming and genuinely interested in chatting about your home country.A massive shout-out to the bar staff at Good Vibrations! They are all absolutely lovely. A special, big shout-out goes to Richard, the bar manager. He is just the most lovely person you could meet. He takes his time with every single person he sees and is incredibly helpful. He truly goes above and beyond.Food is a big one for me because I am a very fussy eater. Normally, I go on holiday and struggle, usually ending up at the kids' section—but not here! The breakfast buffet is an absolute 'OMG' with so many choices, from pastries to hot cooked stations and even noodles. The fresh fruit station has so much variety, and if the fruit you want isn't cut up, they happily cut it right there for you. Lunch at the buffet is another 'wow' with plenty to choose from, though our absolute favorite lunch spot was Shipwrecked for freshly made pizza, pasta, and salad.For dinner, you have an incredible selection of restaurants. Our favorite was Wahoo Grill—the surroundings are beautiful, you can watch the chefs cooking, and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Another favorite was Curry Leaf. I don’t like too much spice but my husband does; the staff specifically asked how we liked our food and tailored it perfectly for both of us. Siyam World genuinely caters to everyone!

I had the most magical first solo vacation, all thanks to Sam.
From the moment I booked my trip, nothing was too much trouble.

Even while I was away, and I had a minor issue, as soon as I contacted Sam, he dealt with it straight away.
I was staying in multiple locations in Thailand, and every transfer was seamless, stress free and just felt part of my adventure.

Just got back from 4 nights in Singapore and 10 nights in Bali and we had a fantastic time. We booked with Alex at Holiday Sunsation who was great from start to finish. The hotels were in a great location and all the transfers worked like clockwork. We couldn’t be happier and feel overall the holiday was really good value for money. Alex even checked in on us while we were away to ensure everything was going to plan. Great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate using them again. Alex you do a great job.

I booked through Holiday Sunsation for my partner’s 50th birthday for last month but did it 12 months prior to going. Alex was superb throughout. Gave us some real good options from my shortlist and we did a week in Sri Lanka and a week in the Maldives. The price was good and the holiday was fantastic. He chose great all inclusive hotels with great locations.
I was able to pay in instalments with confirmation and receipt of payment each time.
I will be using them again and I can highly recommend. Alex went the extra mile and even messaged whilst we were away to see how we were getting on. Just superb.

In the summer of 2026, my husband and I were contemplating on going on a nice holiday. We looked everywhere and considered dozens of destinations on 4 continents… The packages we found on popular travel websites looked okay, but somehow none of them made us go wow. Traveled to Sri Lanka in January with holiday sunsation what can I say 10 out of 10 Ben was very very helpful in finding the right holiday for us booking done with ease had a little bit of unease regarding hotel and flight they very patiently talked me through it all and made me feel very eased. I’ve recently booked a trip to New York Alex was the person I booked with very helpful and got myself and my friend a great stay the hotel was really good flew with virgin which Alex sorted due to the Aer lingus fiasco.Alex made sure we were all good with original booking and kept with dates and times from first booking.I have another trip booked in June which Alex has dealt with too you explain what you want and Alex does a great job to help with your plans would definitely recommend this company for holidays give them a try ask for Alex.

Booked my second holiday through holiday sunsation, that says it all! I had such fantastic service from Alex, I came back to him to plan my next one and he didn't fail to deliver. No question is too small, he was fast, responsive and very professional. His choices in accommodations have been fab and has really tailored things to needs.

Once again had an absolutely amazing time on our trip to Koh samui in Thailand! From flights to transfers to accommodation every single thing was superb! Don’t know how this company come up trumps for us time after time. The only thing I have to do is give my dates to Sam tell him where I’m going and he sorts out the rest at unbelievable prices. Travelled to thailand visiting 3 different resorts
Nothing was too much trouble even though we changed our minds on resorts a couple of times. Alex made sure we secured the best flight times, transfers and accommodation at an amazing price !

I was recommended to Holiday Sunsation from a friend and I’m so glad I was as Sam has been amazing. We have booked a 16 day trip to Thailand visiting 6 different locations, Sam has ensured that all flights, internal flights, ferry’s and hotels are booked for a great price, the hotels are amazing and lovely locations. We booked our honeymoon 10 days in the Maldives with holiday sunsation and everything was perfect. From the cost of the holiday to the booking, getting our info and then the holiday itself there was no issues. The resort was stunning and our flights were well timed giving us maximum time over there. Will defiantly be booking again and hopefully return to the Maldives again too.
