Horrible experience!

Sold me a flight as Qatar airways, but did not inform me that it was actually with British Airways (an airline I despise).

I was missold my flight and was provided no assistance when I questioned them about it, or tried to change it.

Each person pretends to be nice over the phone, but then ignore you and do not get back to you.

Avoid them!

This is a scam site, you pay for a return flight and then they call to say that the flight doesn't include luggage and I have to pay £350. They then stated that I couldn't get a refund but can pay a cancellation fee for £200. On a follow up call they then said that the opportunity to pay the cancellation fee had gone and tried to get me to accept alternative flights that were cheaper than the price I originally paid. I got my bank to freeze my account as they where holding the payment as pending on my account. Do not book with this site if its too good to be true

Avoid at all cost.
Scammers, they quote a round trip cost, you pay, the next day they contact you to say that your booking is for the flight only and if you want a hand carried luggage or luggage to check in, you pay double. Luckily, I was able to stop payment for this transaction. Stressful though, very stressful!

OH MY GOD HELP ME ITS A SCAM. I booked for Singapore Airlines. It was well over 1000 pounds. I was suprised when I didnt receive my tickets. Phoned them and they just yap yap yap. Luckily the bank stopped the transaction. Thanks NatWest.

Have booked through jetcost,co,uk. Directed to Holidaycart. on 21.02.25. Got a call back from Sofia to the point there is no luggage has booked and she is a process of issuing a ticket told her I dont travel with a luggage then she goes am i flexible with the dates. said no. she said the ticket prices is coming over 1400. one of the worst experiences I ever had with them. long story which has been reported to the relevant authorities and at the end had to accept a ticket from the different airport and had to pay additional money too. Stay away from this company

Also just been scammed by this terrible company. I am going to ask Martin Lewis to look into them.
