I strongly advise people to avoid Holiday Homes Edinburgh Ltd.

I booked a property for 20 nights for a business trip, but when we arrived, the condition of the house was completely unacceptable. The property had a very strong, disgusting smell, as if it had not been cleaned for a long time (possibly weeks).

It was also extremely dirty, and shockingly, there were slugs inside the property. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and health risks.

This company seems to care only about taking money and not about the health or safety of their guests. The property was not fit to live in, and the experience caused a lot of stress, especially during an important business trip.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful before booking.

Disregard GDPR and constantly spam your email addresses which I have never signed up to. They buy all their positive reviews from China to look like a legit company but they are just trying to steal your credit card details, BEWARE AND DO NOT USE!!!!

Renting a place they manage in Edinburgh. I first had to wait 45 min trying to check in, because the key was not in the lock box. Called the property and they had no idea whats going on. Sending me around the building trying to look for another lock box. Indian lady that can hardly speak English. Messing me around while my baby and 3 year old crying in the car waiting outside.
Eventually we get in after 50min looking for a key. We inside and the couch is stained, curtains missing, so we will wake up at 4:30am when the sun rises. Glasses is so dirty full of oil and oily finger stains. Mould in the bathroom. This place is disgusting. The pictures on the website doesn't match what it actually is.

If you want to pay 150 grand for a place then sell it back for 25 3 years later crack on . And 25grand is a high estimate got to be mad to buy one.

Imagine being a company so desperate you have a blatant disregard for GDPR and scrape websites and then spam them repeatedly often multiple times a day.

Holiday homes trust is a brilliant organisation for affordable holidays for disabled and one parent families and also scouts.

Such a shame they are unable to carry on due to funds.
So if anyone has any spare money to fund this great organisation.

Unbelievable amount of spam from this company which I had never signed up for!

Very good experience with my Scottish little daughter. She loved the house, and I will definitely try to book it again next time.

Outstanding service and communication provided by Jozef and his team. Jozef demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, and has clearly been doing this for a while with numerous properties.

NOT TO LABOUR THE POINTS. Clean and tidy, very spacious and would be more than happy living there never mind just a weekend. Site facilities overall were great. Although we were two older couples without kids, we didnt see or hear an unhappy kid.

We were very fortunate as the weather was great. Managed a good walk into longnidray to a Cafe and back via the beach. Joli Cafe nice and friendly.

Just home from Seaton Sands caravan with my family. What a lovely time we all had. The night before I panicked as I couldn’t fit a buggy and Travel cot in our car, they advised do not worry they would sort a travel cot. Very clear instructions how to get into the caravan and where it was located in the park. The caravan itself was beautiful modern and above all else clean!! I’ve stayed in a private caravan a few years ago and because of the filth I’ve never been back, but this was lovely. The beds were crisp and wasn’t a spec of dust in sight.
We were lucky and got great weather, so we were able to enjoy the lovely decking over looking a waterfall.

The owner provided me with a list of things to do in the caravan park, and outside for raining days etc. Also places to eat on days/nights we didn’t want to cook.

The kids had an absolute ball, would definitely stay again.

The team at Holiday Homes are fantastic - they helped us to convert a number of our buy to let units into serviced accommodation with very minimal effort from our side. They take care of everything from start to finish, making the experience for the owner as hassle free as possible.
They also take care of maintenance, organising quotes and executing various maintenance as needed, without hidden charges and with clear and concise invoices and receipts for all works and materials. You won't be disappointed.

Such a nice team of professional and friendly people, performing completely relentlessly with a sense of urgency which has also helped. Jozef and Fanni do a really top job from start to finish, making managing SAs even more passive and less hassle than some of my BTL units. Communication is everything to me and these guys really have that down to perfection, from start to finish, from deep clean, furniture setup, maintenance and professional photography and extremely detailed record keeping of receipts, you will be in amazing hands with the team at Holiday Homes. So good that I am planning to switch a number of my BTL units to SA.
I lives miles away from the properties that the team manages for us and I have had total trust in them.
