So easy to use & I love the bonus hole in one items they provided. Would have been a 5 but we needed to add 4 additional players the night before event & it wouldn't let me but said I could. We just didn't let that team count that hole in the contest.

The online process of ordering was so easy and quick. Loved the convenience!

Not saying it's a bad company. I will be using them again I would just like a lot more communication because honestly I wouldn't begin to know how to do the claim if someone actually got a hole in 1 at my tournament.
So better instructions and more clarification and communication with the tournament holder or organizer.

Purchase price for coverage is very competitive, support from Brad was excellent, claim filing process is relatively easy (easier than one of their competitors), and would recommend their use.

I use US hole in one multiple times a year. Good customer service and they have the best prices by far! More importantly, we've had winners of hole in one prizes in the past and they do an excellent job of due diligence and ultimately uphold their end of the policy!
