We have good experience with Holden Copley especially with Laura. She forwarded all the things fast as she can. Her guidance, time to time information was helped us a lot.

Holden and Copley have been absolutely amazing - they have made the process of buying our first home so smooth and easy. Melissa especially has been on the other end of the phone/email the whole time keeping us updated and informed, she’s been amazing. We also couldn’t have done any of the process at all without Lucy from Arnold who really helped us out and gave us advice when needed! Chloe from Mapperley has also been so helpful and replies so quickly, making the whole thing so easy.

Initially a delay in fully marketing our property. Since then we have been fully informed and the Senior sales assistant Ella Simpson could not have been better.

I was the buyer and the sellers had not even started looking for property until over 2 months after I made my offer. I was not informed of this, told at the start they wanted to progress quickly and used this to leverage a higher offer. I think this was dishonest as the sellers were not ready to sell at this point. Then they left me with no updates or information until I chased more aggressively. Holden Copley while often available on the phone were not prompt on updating me about what was going on. The person allocated to my purchase was on holiday frequently so they were often not available to speak to. In the end my purchase completed with only 10 days left until my mortgage offer expired. It was a stressful 5 1/2 months not knowing if it was going to go through or not. They were friendly and professional in their approach.

Josie was so helpful and always there when I was panicking. Lovely to hear her calming, cheerful voice. She’s also very knowledgeable in her field.

Lianna was helpful throughout the sale of the house we were selling on behalf of my deceased god mother. Her communication was very good and kept up up to date regularly.

Very efficient from start to finish. Managed marketing, selling and viewings on the property from early March to completing at the end of May. Was kept up to date on progression and information. All the staff very welcoming and friendly.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with selling our house. From valuing our house, photos, arranging viewings and accepting an offer and the entire process that followed. Team is absolutely great. Dealing for purchase with other estate agencies don’t come even close with professionalism and communication . Luckily in the end we have found our forever home, also with Holden Copley so the entire experience could not go any better for us. Thank you to Lianna and the rest of the team.

I am particularly impressed with the Arnold branch. George did the valuation and we agreed on a price. Unfortunately it was seen to be a little high with no interest in the first 2 weeks! I then received a call from Lydia to discuss changing to a guide price which we did. After that I received several viewings and within a further 2 weeks had received an offer which I have accepted. Once the offer was agreed I have been kept informed on the buyers situation and that all the necessary paperwork was now received.
I would like to mention that Lydia has been fabulous. There’s still long way to go to get a full completion which is my reason for 4 stars and I feel pretty confident the rest of the process will go swimmingly!

Ella was extremely helpful from start to finish. We had some issues ourselves with some documentation, and Ella was very helpful and patient while we got this sorted.

Asked Holden Copley Hucknall to give a valuation for my property as I was in the market to sell. I found the sales valuer rude and obnoxious and actually the statistics, market value and data he showed me on his laptop was widely incorrect as I'd done my own research beforehand. Needless to say I didn't require Holden Copleys services or the so called expertise of the ginger haired individual.

Holden Copley were helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house. They kept in touch and had good communication with them and they told us what they were doing to help sell our house. Once we had an offer Jasmine was really helpful and advised us throughout
