Ordered pair of shoes 3 weeks ago still have not come stay away from this company

I order quite a lot of footwear from HOKA. Only had one pair of shoes that were faulty and were missing glue. I sent a few photos and the shoes were replaced/refunded. Only took one day, great customer service.

Today I received a email from Sarah from the business, after some communication Sarah decided to replace my footwear with a new pair. I must say the Customer Service wasn’t that bad, I know I’ve read some really bad reviews but my communication with HOKA UK was very pleasant, thank you Sarah for your assistance this morning.

I’d like to take this opportunity to raise some awareness about your footwear namely my Hoka One flip flops, these branded footwear should be removed from the UK market, as they are Not Fit For Purpose.

I’m Disabled and bought a pair of your footwear as it was advertised as - Treat your feet to unbeatable comfort and support with our men's recovery slides from HOKA® UK.

They have frequently awarded the Seal to selective styles of the innovative, cushioned footwear from HOKA. The American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Seal of Acceptance recognizes products that have been found beneficial to foot health.

Im also a Diabetic and have nerve damage in my feet, yesterday while out walking with my crutches I ended up falling due to my foot slipping through the part of the flip flop where your toe should secure your feet, but also the heel of the flip flop been slightly raised, I was so embarrassed. Unfortunately the flip flop appears to stretch ( the bit that should secure your feet in place) this is a serious issue as walking in these flip flops has become rather Dangerous for me !! As I’m having more and more issues with your footwear I’ve decided Not to use them or promote said footwear.

So, I bought 2 pairs a few years ago, one for my wife and one for myself, I Don’t have a receipt and it’s over the warranty period so I’d imagine that’s your get out of jail card ? I shall attach a picture of my pair of Hoka One flip flops, which in my mind are defective and as mentioned previously Not Fit For Purpose !!! As I very seldom wore them but on international holidays, but you would notice a slight tear on one of the flip flops ??

I’m not a happy customer as you could well imagine and for the reason of my contact, as these issues raised could/will become a greater problem as these issues could be raised on social media.

I’m hoping that Hoka could resolve this issue amicably and a resolution could be found in resolving this issue, I look forward to hearing from you ?

I have forwarded this email onto the business and I’m waiting for a response ? I’mgoing to notify Trading Standards UK as I’m really not happy with the fall, let’s not forget my Dignity, in this instance the shoe was responsible for the fall, I’m
also sending a copy to the Disability Organisation UK, as even though these shoes are very comfortable they pose a threat to Health and Safety.

Wish I'd come to the Trustpilot first. Absolutely useless company. No idea why everyone is raving about them so much. God forbid you do an exchange, you'll never receive the product and they'll just process a refund instead without telling you.

BE AWARE!! product not delivered by DPD - customer service from HOKA absolutely shambolic in this day and age! Can only speak to someone via email - auto reply saying will take 10 days to investigate! In the meantime am £150 out of pocket with no shoes. No offer to send replacement or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HOKA ONLINE - use Sportshoes.com or another provider HOKA are a disgrace and absolute scam! Have raised claim with bank and will not be buying direct again!

Looks indeed like a scam. Obvious really, too cheap to be true. I should know better.
A cheap child's ring arrived from a random Chinese supplier. Tracked, so I'm guessing it has fulfilled some odd legality.

Ordered some hoka from UK, arrived ok.
Worn for a round 2 weeks and stitching came apart in multiple places.

Contacted and was asked to send images.

Refunded quickly.

I would give 5 stars for the running shoes; however, not all stores stock them and if they do not all models and not all sizes. So one has to rely on online orders. Due to lots of discrepancies in sizes between models, again one has to rely on ordering multiple sizes. The shoes are not cheap. Although refund can be made but it takes ages for them to process refunds, So you'll be out of pocket with a large sum of money that is stored and used by Hoka's bank accounts.
Finally, customer service are so lazy and irresponsible. They never reply to emails and at the one odd occasion that the replied, they cut and pasted redundant texts.

If you live in London, my advice is for you to refrain from online orders and wait for the shop to open in Covent Garden and then you could try and enjoy Hoka shoes or do your top ups without any hassles and time wasted. Hoka, your service should rise to meet other providers.

Please be aware of this company! I love the runners so ordered two pairs and have not heard from them for 10 days to see if they were shipped. It was an odd experience when I placed my order, the screen went blank so I wasn’t even sure if it was placed. I have tried to contact them through email, the phone number for Deckers Europe just plays music so you can’t chat with anyone. In the end I cancelled my Visa card as I felt it was a fraudulent website. What a shame Hoka has signed up with Deckers Europe to sell their shoes.

This company is a scam. DENNISWHITE gets the payments and you never hear from them again. Even their PayPal account is fake. They have taken my money and 32 days later, I have not received my shoes.

Failed order delivery. Tried to contact them to rearrange delivery as advised by DPD. Impossible to phone or live chat. Would not recommend their customer service at all. Cannot review the product as it has not been delivered as promised

After order a pair of Hoka shoes for £76 I quickly realized this was a scam. 45 days have passed and so have not received the order and they have offered me a %40 refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS. SITE!

Easy to order, was kept updated with every step of order process. Arrived very quickly. I received a 5* Service.

They advertise a 12 month warranty against fault however when the sole fell off the runner they refused to replace the shoe. Over €135 spent of a runner that is very poor quality.

Really bad customer service. No matter what time you seem to call, they say they're operators are receiving a high number of calls and refer you to the website. Which is a painful process. With my case I need to talk to a human. I don't believe you can be busy 24 hours per day to 7 days a week. Poor show Hoka.

I wanted to purchase a specific pair of Hoka recovery flip flops in a particular colour which were quite hard to find. Having found a pair on the website, hoka-uk.com which I believed stupidly to be a bonafide website, I promptly ordered the footwear I wanted which was advertised at a sale price and checked out, paying the shipping charge on top and all told, it worked out at around £42-43 in total when it came to it and I then waited for the product to arrive. After a week or so I wondered when it may actually arrive and used the tracking number given discovering that the product was being sent from China (always a bit of a worry but I just thought that perhaps Hoka have a manufacturing facility there as lots of companies do). After about 3 weeks, a package finally arrived but to my dismay, the package was tiny and certainly nothing like the size of a box containing flipflops in a size 12uk mens size. I opened the package to discover a pair of black sunglasses which are probably worth a couple of pounds at most. I checked everything I had to ascertain that the package was what had been sent by the hoka company and after tracking everything I had, I knew that this was what had been sent and was meant to be my flip flops.
I then contacted the customer service department and reported what had happened and being in China the answer takes over 24hrs to come back. The company came back and told me that the sunglasses were indeed sent in error but that they didn't even have the flip flops in stock and were so sorry. They then told me I could return the sunglasses but that they had to be returned at my expense to China..... I couldn't believe it....I didn't make the mistake, it was all theirs which I pointed out and that the onus was on them to pay for any return. They then decided to try and negotiate a refund with me, basically refusing to refund me for the purchase and to be honest, you've got little power in this instance dealing with a Chinese seller, they're absolutely terrible to deal with, they only care about getting your money and nothing more and will not give you anything back if at all possible. I ended up agreeing to a half refund just to get something back after 5 or 6 emails back and forth with them refusing a full refund which is exactly what I should get.
This company are completely false, purporting to sell shoes of the brand Hoka and I feel stupid for ever having used them and I would warn anyone against purchasing anything from them and learn from my mistake, please do not use them.
