Extremely pleased with my recently purchased Tottenham Europa League winners presentation. I had to get something to mark the special occasion and this frame is perfect. Great quality medal, great pictures and framed beautifully! Quick delivery and brilliant customer service. Massive thanks to Martyn and his team! 10/10!

I got the signed West Ham United shirt very quickly and it was great value for money, too. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to buy from this company in the future.

I want to thank Hobbsmemorabilia for getting us the amazing box tickets for Billie Eilish at the O2. Brilliant service, great customer service, no request was too much trouble. Will definitely be using again.

Cannot thank Martyn enough for his help in getting my son his birthday gift delivered in time for his special day. Super communication, V speedy delivery & a friendly, professional service. Thank you again Martyn you are a Star ⭐

Ordered some special Paul Gascogine items for an upcoming charity football game. Cannot fault the delivery process, and items extremely good value and as described.

Thank you for my framed West Ham shirt.
Very happy with the purchase and service I received from Hobbsmemorabilia.

Sadly i firstly thought that this firm were very friendly but its a cover up in my experience , i ordered three items as presents after a great NUFC win , i chased after weeks on a weekly basis then received one not the three - all the time i chased weekly i was told oh we have a huge backlog - oh we have had technical issues with the address, , ( these were gifts for sons , so i wanted to give them together ) when eventually i received all 3 one was faulty , i contacted Martyn he said 2 options you can fix it yourself !!! (at that price , i dont think so ) or ill send a label to return , i chose the return and despite phone calls e mails and voicemails he is not now answering any communication at all , and i will have to seek redress
id say do not be fooled by the initial sob story and friendly attitude , because if there is anything wrong in my experience they just blank you and ignore you .

Been waiting 10 weeks for an item I already paid for. They have not been very informative. Very hard to contact. Was hoping to give it to my grandson for his birthday but that’s out the window now. Disappointing
As requested, my order number is 26493

I cannot recommend this seller. I sent a rare shirt for signature and was told the process — including signing, framing, and return — would take around three weeks. Instead, the shirt was declared lost three months after signed delivery had been confirmed, and the issue dragged on for nearly six months.

After months of little progress, I was eventually offered a replacement that raised serious concerns about its authenticity, leading me to question whether my original item had been retained and substituted. I also spoke to another buyer who described a nearly identical experience, which reportedly took about a year to resolve.

Reimbursement was only made after sustained pressure, including the threat of legal action. Whilst I was eventually fairly compensated for the item’s value, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and drawn out.

Update (July 2025): Since my negative review, I was contacted by Martyn and asked to retract the review. Upon my refusal, a spate of 5 star reviews have appeared in quick succession. Whilst I can’t speak to the experiences of others, the timing and volume stood out to me and may be worth noting for those considering the overall feedback profile. Also claimed to have 'found' my shirt in a stocktake miraculously knowing full well I wouldn't test it as was refunded the day before it was due to go to Small Claims Court.

Update (October 2025): Three months after my initial review, the seller contacted me again in a hostile manner, calling me “a nasty piece of work” and expressing shock at my review. This reinforces my concerns about their customer service and professionalism. Buyers should be aware that post-sale interactions may be unpleasant.

I haven’t received my order of Newcastle United caraboa cup medal and picture frame set. Which I purchased on 17/03/2025

I have emailed them many times and not received a word back from them. I got scammed because I have seen content creators with the same display in there background on a video so why can’t I have mine.

After all the hassle I have received it 5 weeks late after getting a answer off what’s app numerous days later

The product arrived...Despite FedEx being a nightmare!
Lovely quality frame and medal. It was worth the wait!
