Had two pairs. Both have been hammered to death and still look and feel amazing.

Quality is awesome.

I'm on my third pair of jeans now. The first ones are on their 3rd or 4th repair now I think. When they come back from Paul I get a real buzz out of it. Like getting new jeans but not new. Hard to describe really. Like old mates coming home :-)
Not cheap up front of course but when you start thinking long-term they are good value.

Simply superb customer service. I had a number of queries and requests that were sorted extremely quickly and the quality of their jeans and shorts was even better than I expected, which was already really high based on their reputation. I will be a repeat customer as I love all their products. I strongly recommend Huit denim co - give them a try, but you will want more than one pair.

Lex was great with me in helping find the perfect jeans and perfect fit. We had to send back and forth several pairs and the Hiut service on this was exemplary, truly five stars!

My all time-favourite jeans. Had a pair of organic The Works for 4 years and have just bought a new pair as they are finally showing wear and tear (they have lasted incredibly well, and I will carry on using them). The jeans take a bit of wearing in but when worn in, they are the most comfortable trousers to wear. I also love that the jeans are signed by the person who made them - in my case, both were made by Jean. She did a great job! Thanks Jean. I will never buy jeans from anywhere else now.

I had three pairs of jeans I’d joyfully worn for the last ten years. Unfortunately, I no longer fit them. Hiut guided me to their excellent Deja blue program so that all the water, energy and land that are used for the cotton isn’t wasted.

Had been intrigued by this company for a while as became fed up with Levis dissolving like tissue paper within a couple of years. Finally pitched up in Cardigan today to see and feel the different types of denim and styles of product. Was expecting it to be just food for thought but after less than half an hour of first class customer service from Lex, walked out having already ordered my first pair.

Fantastic support in returning jeans (too big - my fault) and then organising a replacement pair. Customer service above and beyond in sorting sizing etc. and with good humour too 😄 Makes me want to use Hiut again. Big big thanks 🙏

I've been ordering jeans from Hiut since 2014 and currently own 5 pairs. They are fantastic quality and great founders story in giving back to the community. Because they are made to order in the UK, I also like how they can make small alterations on request.

I've just had my favourite pair of jeans back from being repaired (for free!) after years of daily wear and tear. And other than the gorgeously faded patina of the tough as nails denim, they're just like a brand new pair of jeans. Thanks Team!

I'm amazed and grateful for the stunning repairs carried out on two pairs of hiuts I sent in. I know it's not advertised as invisible mending, but the real care and skill that has been taken to carry out the repair authentically and sensitively evidences real mastery. Paul, who does the work, really knows his craft, this is wonderfully skilled, it's virtuosity if you can have that in a repair (and why can't you?!). The "repairs for life" feature wasn't what originally brought me to hiut, but I now see it as a key component of the operation (I'm sure it's a USP, I don't know of other jeans manufacturers who do the same) because when you wear the jeans they quickly become your favourites, and it's a wonderful way of making them stay that way. Increasingly I love companies (there aren't many... original fibres, finisterre, Patagonia, sheep inc, Barbour, any others?) that build the afterlife of their products into the equation. Well done on leading the way!

The idea of jeans beeing made in Wales is already great enough, but the customer service was absolutely brilliant as well.
The pair of jeans is amazing. I love them! You can see they're build to last.

After years of searching I have finally found the perfect pair of jeans ...great denim, beautifully made and I love the shape and fit. It took a couple of attempts to get the size right but it was quick and easy to get through to customer services for advice and the exchange was straightforward....I had to wait a bit as they were made to order but definitely worth the wait! Thank you so much!

This is my 2nd pair of Hiut jeans. These people know their stuff! Brilliant attitude and customer service. My jeans arrived ahead of expected time and fit perfectly. Their skills and knowledge are incredible. What they do is what makes me happy 😃

When the jeans arrived I was very happy with them. The cut was great and they fit really well.

My issues are, firstly, I found them didn't last any better than any other jeans I had bought and they are multiples of the price.

I bought them mainly for the lifetime repairs and they do not appear capable of delivering adequately on this. Once I had a slot to return my jeans, it took nearly 6 months from my sending them off to receiving them back. When I asked about timescales by email, I would get promises of they would be sent to me soon, in the next week or so etc. Eventually Hiut stopped replying to me.

Soon after I received my jeans back they ripped again (not due to a poor repair, the repairs were good). Due to the time it took to get them.back before, I decided not to bother getting them repaired again.

Due to the repairs process I would not recommended the jeans nor buy them again.

The quality of your customer service is only equalled by that of your products. And you can quote me on that.

BRILLIANT - I had to use the free repair service after a very ungraceful stumble on a concrete path left my jeans with a 'grazed knee' - Hiut's Grandmaster Repairman sorted that out flawlessly + the turn-ups where they were showing signs of wear, these jeans are several years old (I'm not the original owner, they are my BEST EVER eBay purchase) they're aging wonderfully developing a lovely patina and they feel special every time I put them on. Thank you Joe@Hiut for patiently sorting it out and answering all my questions -
