Bought an item from them and forgot to change de delivery address, and contacted them imediatly with the correct address. Minutes later I had a response from them saying that the address was changed and that the item was being prepared for shippment. I was amazed how quickly they contacted me and fixed the issue! Will do business again for sure!

After unsuccessful experiences with the likes of game and amazon, I found hitari and tried ordering a few things. The response was great. Exactly what I wanted quick and simple. A must use in the future.

Browsing eBay I was looking for the new style Xbox One wall mount.

I found a listing that was by Hitari which seemed to be reasonable in price.

I purchased as it was just what I wanted. It seemed to take a little longer than expected so I contacted customer services who replied back quickly pointing out in the listing about abnormal stock delays - my fault for not reading thoroughly.

I got my item in the end, an orb kinect v2 mount and satisfied with it.

No qualms using Hitari again when they have something I want.

Orered from them some months ago a Pokemon X/Y hard case on eBay. They had currently none on stock, but the person, who contacted me via e-mail was very helpful, so we could resolve the problem fast (they even offered refund, but I was okay with waiting)

It arrived very fast (est. shipping in my country is 14 business days, it arrived in 10 :) It was very well wrapped for protection :)
