I asked them to take me off the mailing…
I asked them to take me off the mailing list for the quarterly magazines—nice enough, but unnecessary and probably not cheap to produce. I never read them as everything’s online anyway, so they just end up in the bin.
Instead of just sorting it there and then, they pushed it back to me to deal with via my account—which I can’t even access without resetting my password. At that point, it feels like more hassle than it’s worth.
It would have been far simpler—and better service—to just remove me from the list when I asked. As it stands, it’s a waste of money and not a great customer experience... it feels lazy.
