Just completed our first year with Hirsche Estates as our managing agent - so impressed with the level of service, professionalism and attention to detail of Gerry and Rafal. We've been pleased with the effort they put in (marketing, screening) and the turnaround time in finding us the right tenants. They have been proactive in preventing as well as resolving issues throughout the tenancy - however big or small.

Whilst we feel their genuine empathy for landlords, they always have their tenants' hats on so we are confident they will always aim to keep the healthy balance in the middle.

It is clear to us they know how to do their job well, they know the industry legislations and the local market too. Lovely people to work with. Highly recommend them.
