been using Hiro for my private podcasts and it earnestly made thing so much easy for me. The dashboard is super simple and setting up my audio course didnt take long at all. Nonetheless, I did had a little issue finding one of the setting in the outset but the support team assist me out really fast. Furthermore, This is the best tool for creators if you ask me.

I want to share my experience with Hiro FM.
At the beginning, I had some problems setting everything up, and I honestly doubted whether this platform was the right choice for hosting and selling my podcasts. Part of my hesitation came from some reviews I had read online, which made me a bit suspicious about moving forward.
However, it turned out that all the issues were caused by a very simple technical incident (my fault). The support team helped me solve it quickly and clearly. What impressed me the most is that they didn’t just fix the problem — they also adjusted the platform to my specific requirements in record time, exactly to what I needed.
After seeing how they treated me and how committed they were to finding a solution, I now feel that some of the negative reviews I had read were probably not very well intentioned or at least not fully fair.
Because of this experience, I want to give Hiro FM my full trust. The platform will be extremely useful for me, as it allows me to use my own podcasts during study sessions, both for myself and for my students.

Perfect for starting from zero
I'm brand new to these online sales. I have a pretty good following online and wanted to profit from it. But I truly starting from zero.
Hiro didn't make me feel dumb or in over my head. I connected my gmail email, then I uploaded some cover art I made on Canvas and a few audios I recorded earlier. I didn't set up the SMS, Stripe or PayPal cause I'm using this as a lead magnet. The sales page that come with each podcast made that simple.
I shared the link with my followers and now have a list!
Next up making a course. I upgraded to the Business plan for $147 too.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. They don't stand behind their product, don't offer a trial period, and don't listen to customer feedback. Stay away, far, far away.
EDIT #3: I've provided you with all my personal details privately multiple times. I'm not an anonymous poster, and you're well aware of that. Given how you run your business and treat your customers, I strongly suggest you reevaluate your decision to inject your faith into this discussion.
EDIT #2: These people are so full of it. "1,379 recorded activity events" from what? Looking at the admin panel and thinking, "This is a useless service that I'll never use, that does not live up to the claims in their advertisements or sales page"?
I just took a screenshot of my admin panel in Hiro, which clearly shows ZERO activity. Wish I could post it here, but Trustpilot doesn't allow images or outbound links in reviews.
Clearly, the fact that the people behind Hiro are investing so much time and effort arguing with and attempting to discredit a polite yet dissatisfied customer says everything you need to know about Hiro.fm and the people who run it.
EDIT: In response to the reply given by the company, here's what they said when I requested a refund a few days after my purchase, after I had a chance to look inside the admin area of the product:
"Thanks for reaching out.
"I wanted to let you know we don’t offer refunds, as stated in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service shown on all of our sales and checkout pages. Our pricing is intentionally low so we can offer Hiro to more people, and we’re not structured to treat the product as a free trial.
"That said, I took a look at your account and it shows the software has been actively used, which means we delivered everything as promised."
I never used the product. I never attempted to set up a podcast or course. I fiddled with the options in the admin area, saw it wasn't for me, and politely requested a refund, which was refused as seen above.
Clearly, Hiro uses clever marketing tactics to sucker people into purchasing a "lifetime membership" while knowing many who purchase will be unhappy with the product after their purchase.
Then, without previous disclosure, they deny refunds based on the fact that the customer accessed the product, even if they didn't actually use it.
Also, the refund policy is buried at the bottom of the page as a footer link. No one would read it, because no one would see it when making a purchase. It's pretty much assumed that any similar service has a trial period and refund guarantee, and if I'd known they didn't offer one, I wouldn't have purchased the product.
Again, steer clear of this company.

No funciona en Squarespace, sin devoluciones y trato inadecuado al cliente
Compré este servicio confiando en las funciones que anuncian, especialmente la posibilidad de incrustar audios en mi web de Squarespace, pero el sistema no funciona correctamente. Tras realizar múltiples pruebas y contactar con el soporte técnico, me confirmaron por escrito que no ofrecen soporte oficial para plataformas de terceros como Squarespace, por lo que el producto no es compatible.
Además, el trato recibido fue agresivo y poco profesional. Llegaron incluso a condicionar su ayuda a que retirara mi reseña anterior, lo que considero una práctica poco ética. Aun así, la retiré para darles la oportunidad de resolver el problema, pero no cumplieron su palabra ni ofrecieron una solución real. Posteriormente, han respondido a este mensaje, demostrando la misma actitud y faltando a la verdad. De hecho tengo los emails que lo demuestra.
Tampoco existe ninguna política de devoluciones, por lo que aunque el producto no funcione, no hay forma de recuperar el dinero.
En resumen: si usas Squarespace, este servicio no te servirá. Y si surge algún problema, no recibirás soporte efectivo ni reembolso. Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa y no recomiendo esta plataforma bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Avoid Buying Hiro.fm – Misleading Offer and Unfulfilled Promises
My experience with Hiro.fm has been extremely disappointing.
When I excitedly purchased the lifetime offer, I was immediately presented with an upgrade offer for features I thought I had already paid for.
Despite their promises of comprehensive features, the reality is far from it. Here are the main issues I encountered:
Unremovable Hiro.fm Branding – Their branding is present on multiple pages, including the registration page, and cannot be removed unless you upgrade to an expensive plan. This was not made clear during purchase (lifetime offer).
Customer Limit – The platform shows a limit of 500 contacts, even though they advertise unlimited onboarding, which is misleading.
SMS and WhatsApp Integration – SMS is unusable in some countries because they don’t support local phone numbers for bulk messaging (didnt know before buying). Additionally, you can’t connect an existing WhatsApp account, making this feature pointless for many users.
Translation Limitations – Despite claiming language customization, translations can only be requested via their feature platform, with no guarantee of approval or implementation. I got response "No" and I even offer to translate everythig.
Page Customization – Personalization without coding is not possible as promised. Their branding, colors, and texts remain locked.
Podcast Links Errors – Users encounter errors when accessing podcast links unless they install the Hiro.fm app—something that is not clearly communicated. And this app is in my oppinion more like ad for hiro.
GDPR Non-Compliance – Essential GDPR features, such as consent checkboxes, are missing, making the platform unsuitable for EU users.
Refund Policy – Despite the product failing to deliver as promised, they declined a refund and offered only upgrades or additional features, which I no longer trust.
And muchhhh more.
I felt misled and frustrated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Hiro.fm and advise others to look for more reliable and transparent alternatives.
ADDED in October 2025 - they even blocked my account (I didn even use it until last time):
"We’ve reviewed your account and found that, in addition to the chargeback you submitted, a public review was also posted regarding your purchase. Given both actions, we currently cannot verify that future interactions will be made in good faith.
At this time, your account will remain on hold. If you’d like us to reconsider your request for reinstatement, please remove the public review so we can proceed with a good‑faith resolution.
Once the review is removed, reply here and our team will re‑evaluate your account status."
