Definitely feel like I can train for longer at the Gym.Not so sure about the other benifits yet. Like others have mentioned it takes approx 4-6 weeks taking it daily to feel the difference. I chose this over Zapply after reading a review that stated it had more of the essential ingredients required to make you feel better. I am 50 years old and now adding weight to my Bench,Sqaut and Deadlift. No side effects whatsoever. Note I am also taking creatine and magnesium. I would 100% recommend this product.

Been using these supplements for a few months definately feel more clarity and helping with fitness

Good product delivered in a timely manner each month, they also give samples products

I have been using himmense boost for nearly 2 yrs now, I thought the original boost was excellent. I seen & felt changes in every area, mood focus libido energy. didnt happen straight away small increments at first but 6 weeks later I definitely felt a change. then they go away & make it even better. i'm 52 but dont feel it would definitely recommend boost if your starting to feel low old & lethargic. Well done team 👏 👍

I've been taking Shift for around 12 months. I've noticed that my historical set of minor aches and pain (shoulder, lower back, knees) have reduced in frequency during this time.

No side effects and natural ingredients. Seems to have some some beneficial effects so I’m continuing for now

Excellent product and company! Been using for a while now and never felt better! Improved my sleep pattern and energy to no end! Highly recommend!

I used the original boost and it was good for me. When out of stock i waited for the new version to become available . The new boost has lifted my testosterone level and has helped with lethargy and always falling asleep. I do seem to have much better energy levels and much better sleep levels . So for me i think its wonderful. So thankyou to Himmense

As men age testosterone levels decrease and I'm no exception. I'd noticed I was lacking energy and focus, saw Himmense Boost advertised and thought what the hell, what have I got to lose? I was pretty sceptical to start with but, surprise, surprise, this stuff works. I've definitely got more energy and focus and I've got no plans on giving Boost up any time soon, I'd recommend it to any man.

Amazing. The v2 boost product helps me everyday in life and at the gym

Having hit the 60yr mark i found a dramatic down turn in both general fitness and mental wellbeing. I researched possible causes and low testosterone was a factor to be considered. Himmense gave clear insight and explanation of their BOOST product. I have been using BOOST now for over a year and can honestly say I have turned a corner. More energy allowing 2 - 3 PTI based gym training sessions per week along with 3 golf days. I'm sleeping better, drink less alcohol due to wanting to stay fit and im definitely less grumpy.

Fantastic product give it time this supplement really does work. Great customer service to. Had a delivery issue and they sorted out straight away. Highly recommend.

Taking Boost has made a real difference to my everyday life. More energy, more stamina and more mojo! Thank you Himmense!!

I have been using Boost for a while now, and really noticed the difference in my vitality and energy (particularly in the afternoon) when I stopped using it for a while. I have gone back to using it and it’s early days but I’m feeling more energetic and alert.

At first I was sceptical but looking at the ingredients it had everything that I wanted and to be honest, I’ve not been disappointed! 46 years old, in great shape and loads of energy. I hold my size when I’m not able to train and still get a massive pump when I do. Always getting compliments on my physique and still producing testosterone clearly. Plus the sex life is insane! I feel like I’m 20 years old!!

I’ve been using Himmense products for 3 years - Boost, Charge and Shift. All well priced. Clearly labelled to show what they contain and all part of my wellness stack I consistently maintain. All work well. Come on a very reliable subscription service with great comms. Highly recommended.

Boost has definitely had a small, but noticeable difference to my energy levels and libido over the past 18 months. I've used both the previous and current version and they have both been good. Communication during the change from v1 to v2 was top notch too. As they tell you, definitely take it with food and not on an empty stomach - otherwise the nausea can be unpleasant.

Provided me with a lot of support on fitness journey. Feeling stronger and fitter than ever!!

The products I have bought from Himmense have proved to be effective for me. I have felt a positive effect to my energy levels while using the Boost capsules. The company are very good with their communications re the product availability and delivery times.

Since starting on Boost daily I’ve noticed a big increase in my energy levels. I read about taking it before bed and this seems to have helped me wake in the morning with motivation and enthusiasm for the day. I also love Surge - which is such a good way to supercharge your recovery after a workout. I’d definitely recommend their products - great customer service too
