Cant fault customer service. Twice i have called the shop for different reasons and have received outstanding customer service. Replacement parts received the following day. There customer service is worth its weight in gold. Dont look any further if you want good sound advice and excellent after care.

I'm new to the world of SUP, and HIKS has been advised by some friends saying their customer service is second to none. I am "that customer" with lots of questions and a bit of a pain with my queries. Elliott has been patient, thorough, and has an attitude where nothing is too much for him and the team.

It's been a pleasure to deal with them, and whilst yes I did buy from them in the end, there was no pressure or drama. Thankyou for a really great (and super fast!) experience!

I can’t believe how quickly delivery was. I order on a Monday late afternoon and received my parcel with no issues by 1pm Tuesday. I did pay £1.99 for 1-2 day delivery but didn’t expect it that quick. Well packaged and all in order. Great service and prices are very competitive. Will certainly consider ordering again from Hiks.

Ordered 2 boards in June, got them within a week. Responsive customer service (emailed Sunday, replacement fin Monday).

Been out a few times and pleasantly surprised on the quality. Even more so for the price point!

Outstanding customer service. I purchased an SUP for my wife which in the end wasn’t really suitable for her. Explained the situation to Simon and Harry who immediately rectified the situation for her. She is now very happy.
Honestly, these guys are great. Don’t go anywhere else for your board. They care 100% about you as well as the reputation they have built as a business.

Recently bought two SUPs - had issues fitting the Skeg/fin to one - after a quick exchange of emails was quickly sent a replacement to Skeg to try. This didn't solve my problem so they arranged a video call to talk me through what I needed to do which solved the issue. Excellent communication and customer service - I would not hesitate to use again or recommend others to buy from here.

Outstanding customer service who went above and beyond sorting out any questions I had. Aftercare is superb. The SUP is well made and an excellent product for the price. You won't be disappointed.

Best customer services ever! I order the wrong board and had to exchange the board. Phoned their customers services and they could not be more helpful. Emailed the request to exchanged as asked and HIKS responded within the hour.
All staff very helpful and knowledgeable and will do all they can to ensure you have a great experience and the right equipment.

I’m so glad I decided to buy my board and pump from hiks. The connector I got with my pump would pump up my board but when we removed it it seemed to leave to pin down in the board so it just deflated straight away, my friend has the exact same pump we used hers and it went up absolutely fine. After a couple of days of trying we finally noticed my connection the bar inside wasn’t straight and seemed to shave 2 points on it so I contacted Hiks they was absolutely brilliant I sent pictures of my connector and my friends. They emailed me back I would say within the hours and said no problem will post you a new one out today! Low and behold it arrived the next day and tried it tonight and it works fantastic. 100% would recommend this company.

Best customer service ever! the paddle board is amazing for the price. The company really takes care of the customers. If anything is damaged such as the pump in my instance which was my fault they will respond in short amount of time and resolve the problem without any extra costs. I never do reviews because CBA but they deserve it-no muggy attitude like some companies.

Ordered a pair of ropes, came the next day despite not being 'next day' one rope had no Caribena. Messaged them that afternoon, replacement arrived next morning. Such focussed customer service needs recognising. Will use again. Regards, Clive

I recently ordered a paddle board as a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday. Product arrived promptly but with one major problem that it had no wrapping around the product at all. It only had an address label stuck on the side of the box. Clearly one surprise out of the bag. On complaining to Hiks I was told I should have requested it to be wrapped. I would have done this if it had been clear I needed to. Customer service has been appalling, I was spoken to in a very rude way and basically told it was my fault. They refused to even accept that they should advise customers that the product does not come wrapped. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received.

After reading your reply I would like to point out I was offered a discount if I ordered another product from you. This is what I refused.

Great products, I have bought their 10’6” inflatable paddle board, 20psi electric SUP pump and adjustable kayak paddle so far and have found everything to be high quality and well made with thoughtful details. Very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more of their products. Outstanding customer service, super friendly, helpful and responsive.

Fantastic company whose service is second to none in all regards.
