I ordered a pair of walking shoes from this outfit then a few days later received an email to say I had cancelled my order and would get a refund which is not correct. Anyway I then tried to call them and the number on the website is not there’s and the guy on the other end of the phone said that this was a shopping centre somewhere down South ?? I then sent them a number of emails to say that I still wanted the shoes and received the same duplicated reply asking me what I wanted to do??
So just gave up in the end and raised a dispute with my credit card company.

Shoes fit well, comfy and look great. I am slightly wide fitting and these shoes fit well, no pinching. First time I have shopped with Avery and will be doing it again soon.

When the shoes arrived, they were amazingly comfortable and like they appeared in the photos. It was a couple of weeks before they arrived but luckily enough I still have enough time to enjoy them in the summer.

My package did not arrive and the staff alerted me and are helping to have it redelivered. Very grateful.

Website is user friendly. Delivery can take a number of days if using standard option. I ordered sandals in a size 6 (my normal size) but should have gone for 6.5 - toes come over the end. Not the greatest quality and would not be worth the full price.

Great customer service, the clothes are not as luxurious as the website make them look though. I did like some of them, some will be going to charity. I'd say they are overpriced compared to similar items at Temu or Shien.
From order to delivery took about 2 weeks. The clothes are coming from China, not Brighton.
