The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever
If i could give less than 1star i would. From when US ban Huawei from having google sarvices i decide to go for Honor. Basically my entire house are using Honor products. Smartphone, smartwatch, headphones and earbuds. I went from several smartphones and smartwatchs models.. Everything fine till you need the customer service.
I bought a headphone for my daughter for Christmas, after a couple of months stopped working. I contacted the customer service for the warranty, was realy difficult to get send them back and it took ages for them to send a replacement. Even if the tracking number was showing they received the item, they was emailing me that i havent send the item back. Ok after ages i manage to solve the matter.
I bought for ny husband an Honor smartwatch and like a boundle a smartwatch. After around 6month the smartwatch wasn't charging anymore. Even after all night in charge was still at 33%. I decide to contact the customer service to use the warranty. And with this the hell started. I have explained them the situation and they agree to take the waych back and send a replacement in 14 days. That 14 days become more than 1 month to receive aftet an e-mail stated the watch i have send back is not an Honor watch. (i have informed them that i have changed the original strap because was giving me dermatitis). Basically they accused me to send back fake smartwatchs and try to make a fake claim. This is going over any imagination.
Customer servise is the worst that i ever seen in my 37 years. At this point i strongly don't recommend to buy anything from them because in case of faulty you will have to deal with the worst on the market. Even temu customer service is better.
Honor magic pro 7 Phones are good but…
Honor magic pro 7 Phones are good but they rip you off when it comes to repairs . This will be the last Chinese phone i purchase. £500-£600 for a new screen and back panel - I mean the phone on their site is £599 - and on top of that nobody sems to be able to repair them - Make it make sense
I'm going to be completely honest
I'm going to be completely honest. Their products are great I mean I love the honor magic pad 2 top notch I prefer it to the iPad so can't complain about that at all. But what is terrible is the customer service my keyboard case doesn't fit properly it hasn't since I've got it and it broke the corners off getting it in and they wanted to charge me £124 to fix it. That's alot more than it's worth plus it should of been free as it's under warranty. It's there fault it doesn't even fit properly not mine.
I was a bit sceptical after I ordered…
I was a bit sceptical after I ordered the Honor 600 after reading the reviews on here but overall had a great experience. I've only given 4 stars as had to wait 10 days from ordering the phone as they had stock issues with the accessories that came with the phone (super fast charger, headphones, tablet & watch) When the phone etc turned up, they were all brand new and working perfectly, fantastic products. (some of the previous reviews said the phones were broken upon arrival) Customer service live chat was so helpful and would solve any question asked regarding eta of delivery (DPD delivery) They were professional and not rude like I've read on other review's
Overall I think Honor need a bit more credit as they are popular and the phones are fantastic, they most likely are trying to keep up with demand so stock may be an issue, especially with the added accessories they put in with the price of the phone.
Amazing products
Bought a Honor 600 Pro and works like butter. Must be one of the most value for money product I had ever bought. I am a Samsung S series user and bought this as a backup phone and not as my main phone. Does have a decent battery and camera. I got earbuds, a projector (although not of very use), headphone at £9.99, a charger as well. On the top of it, PayPal offer was like cherry on top. Loved it!
Been using the phone for nearly 2 months. No issues at all, apart from not able to increase the screen timeout time.
Terrible product, worse customer service
I bought the Honor magic pad 2 new and I received a second hand one, full of marks, stains, without any film screen protector , just a box and the tablet. They kept telling me is new device. I returned. Terrible experience with those scammers. Avoid!
Customer service were so full of rubbish, a really bad experierence.
Minus 5 stars, craig on his own be a minus -10
If i could give this company negative stars out of minus 5 it would be minus 5, have to chase them for updates daily, they don't contact with Honor and Honor also don't contact them very much apparently
I was told by Honor if i was to send the device for 2nd time but 3rd diagnostic, 1st time i sent in the device SBE couldn't find a fault (SHOCK) i contacted Honor and then they were meant told SBE to run a 2nd lot of diagnostics, after 2nd lot of diagnostic still couldn't find anything (SHOCK, SURPRISED THEY KNOW WHERE THEY WORK) sent the device back with some dodgy screen protector, i told them and they wanted me send it back again (can't fit a screen protector properly but manufacturers trust them as a repair centre :(
Upon on receiving the device back yesterday after the 2nd time sending it in, they asked for a screenshot showing that it failed the battery test which is pre installed on the phone, GOD KNOWS WHY AS THEY COULDN'T HAVE USED IT WHEN THE DEVICE WAS *FIXED*, There diagnostic showed some battery issue and a issue with one of the screens (there wasn't no issue's with any screens as used the device daily and was always fully protected in a case)
The phone is Honor fold 5, Fully bought outright, if youre going to buy a phone outright use a credit card for extra protection
Where the hell is craig, got told upon booking the repair he would be here throughout the repair process, think i have spoken to him twice
Awful phone quality and customer service. AVOID!
I purchased the HONOR 400 Pro directly from HONOR, and it has been one of the most disappointing phones I have owned.
From the beginning, I experienced constant issues with apps failing to load properly. Apps such as Vinted, Boots, Argos and Ryanair regularly either wouldn't load at all or would open without loading images or other content. The only temporary fix is to restart the phone, which I am doing several times a day, which is completely unacceptable for a new premium device.
I contacted HONOR support expecting them to investigate the fault or offer a practical solution. Instead, I was simply told to send the phone away for repair.
The biggest problem is that HONOR expects customers to be without their only phone while it is being repaired. When I explained that I rely on my phone every day for work, banking, authentication codes, my children's school and nursery, and everyday communication, they offered no alternative. There is no loan phone, no same-day repair option, and no practical solution for customers who cannot simply go without a phone for days.
The customer service felt scripted and unhelpful. My concerns were acknowledged, but no real attempt was made to resolve the situation or understand how unrealistic their proposed solution is for someone who depends on their phone every day.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the HONOR 400 Pro and the after-sales support. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another HONOR phone or recommend the brand to others

If I could give 0 stars for the customer service received I would.
I have purchased the honor magic v6, no communication on the tracker, contacted customer service only to be told, item is delayed as the wireless charger is not in stock, requested if the charger could be sent once it is back in stock, refused straight away, requested if the wireless charger could be taken off the order, again refused straight away.
No email and nothing to say that the item will only be dispatched once the charger is back in stock.
Told to wait another week for the item to be sent.
Asked to speak to a manager and have been told will have to wait 24-48 hours
Disgraceful company.
Honor Magic 8 pro + customer service
I purchased the Honor Magic 8 Pro, and after just three months of use, water entered the device after it accidentally dropped into the bath while I was bathing my kids. The customer service I have received since is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. After an exhausting 31 emails, I have received no help at all. Honor heavily markets this phone with IP68, IP69, and IP69K water resistance ratings, yet they claim water damage is not covered under warranty. If these ratings are genuine, water ingress should be covered—especially within the first year under UK warranty laws (Consumer Rights Act 2015).To make matters worse, I sent the phone to their official partner, SBE Repair Shop, as instructed. They returned the device to me, and it was not even put together correctly. This level of service is absolutely disgusting and a complete waste of time. This phone is definitely not worth the £800 price tag.
Terrible customer service, do not buy Honor
Bought some honor earphones pro a, they are dreadful and prone to wind interference. Emailed customer service to request a return but they were not interested as it was a few days outside their 14 day return period. Condescending reply below.
My fault for buying Honor. This is the last time they get my business.
Dear Simon,
Thank you for contacting HONOR Customer Support.
I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. I understand your concerns, and I am here to assist you.
According to our records, you received your order on 17/06/2026. Unfortunately, the return option is no longer available, as the 14-day return period has already expired.
I understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and I appreciate your understanding.
Have a wonderful day.
Kind regards,
Johnson O.
Absolutely one of the worst companies
Absolutely one of the worst companies I have dealt with.
Apart from the fact that I have had many issues with the software, ovber the last 9 months, my honor magic V5 finger sensor stopped working last month and after many many emails I sent the mobile for repair. Its almost coming to a month that they have not fixed it. (BTW it was sent to a third party repairer and they are awaiting a component with no ETA). Absolute disaster that I am now left without a mobile for almost a month and no replacement. Never again in my life, will I buy an HONOR product or recommend.
I can see that over 80% of consulmers have written about their dissatisfaction.
Poor service
This is the first time I bought from Honor and so far its been atrocious customer service.
I have always bought Samsung but really wanted the Honor Magic V6 pro fold ordered it on 3rd of july they didn't accept my pay monthly application. I never ever been denied a pay monthly application.
So I ended paying in full over 1500 pounds with delivery time of 1 to 3 days. Emailed them as no dispatch notice advised delayed dispatch until 1 week so device wont be shipped before the 10th of july.
Emailed them got a reply that made no sense. Emailed again and they provided me with tech specs on the screen resolution etc which again made no sense!
I am giving them until Wednesday to send me the device otherwise will nlbe cancelling the order and buying new samsung fold device.
Avoid these guys!
Extremely disappointed with both the…
Extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
Both my phone and my daughter's phone cracked incredibly easily after being dropped. Despite the company's claims about durability and drop resistance, our experience was the complete opposite. The screens shattered far too easily.
When I contacted customer service, I was told they couldn't repair or replace the phones because they couldn't determine the height of the fall or the force of the impact. That response makes the drop-resistance claims feel misleading. If every claim can be dismissed because the impact can't be verified, then those claims have very little value to customers.
From my experience, the phone also seems poorly balanced, making it more likely to slip and land on a corner, which appears to be a weak point.
I'm now having to pay £100 for a repair, despite expecting a phone marketed as durable to withstand everyday accidental drops. I intend to continue pursuing this matter, as I believe the product has not performed as advertised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this phone or the level of after-sales support provided.
02/07/2026, wont let me change year
I brought an Honor 600 pro 7 weeks ago
I brought an Honor 600 pro 5 weeks ago. It arrived broken . I returned it immediately using DHL at Honors request.
They recieved almost a 3 weeks ago. Since then I have messaged them so many times regarding my £699.00 refund & all I get are automated responses which are not even relevant to the question.
I eventually did call them and was told when I complained.
And I quote. " well we've got your money and our phone. Good luck getting a refund English pig. We're in China. nothing uk can do. "
.I urge you all not purchase from Honor direct as you will almost certainly have the same horrific experience as me if your devise is faulty.
No reimbursement for faulty goods under guarantee
I bought an Honor Magic Pad 2. Lovely to look at, poor functionality because it's gone wrong three times in the first year. Should be under guarantee, right? Not for reimbursement: Honor will not give money back for a malfunctioning machine under any circumstances. Instead they will arrange for it to be repaired, collection by DPD., but I've had days ruined because drivers have said I'm not in when I am. Telephone helpline staff are delightful but it's a whole palaver trying to navigate a system that doesn't upload required photos to show what's wrong. I've lost far too much of my life trying to get a machine repaired that should not have gone wrong so often. Honor are inflexible. I'm just going to have to write this off as a bad experience and vow never to buy anything from Honor again.
Shocking service—14 days without a…
Shocking service—14 days without a business phone for a factory defect!
I recently purchased the new HONOR Magic V5, and within days, a bubble appeared right in the centre of the factory-fitted outer screen protector. When I contacted customer service, they confirmed the defect and offered a replacement—but with a catch that is completely unworkable for anyone running a business.
HONOR expects me to send my phone back and wait up to 14 days for a replacement to arrive. When I explained that I use my phone daily for business and cannot be without a device for an hour, let alone two weeks, and asked if they could send the replacement first so I could transfer my data, I was met with a rigid "no."
This is my second order from the brand, but it will absolutely be my last. For a premium device, the customer care is dreadful and completely out of touch with practical, real-world needs. If you rely on your phone for work, look elsewhere—HONOR will leave you stranded.
Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. Aprox one month of wasted time, gross logistical incompetence, and broken promises. They sent a replacement order with missing parts (no cable included) and then issued a near-expired compensation voucher that violates my explicit terms. Frontline agents continuously avoid phone calls and copy-paste useless templates. The matter has been officially escalated to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Utterly disgraceful customer care.
Brilliant hardware completely ruined by abysmal after-sales service and phantom stock
I want to start by saying that I absolutely love HONOR products. I bought the HONOR Magic 8 Pro and the hardware is phenomenal—it genuinely made me switch after a decade of loyalty to Samsung. Unfortunately, while their engineers deserve a 5-star rating, their UK Customer Support and supply chain management are a complete and utter disaster.
Buying from HONOR UK is a non-stop battle. First, I had to fight tooth and nail just to receive the promotional items that were promised with my initial purchase. Then, the recent keyboard saga took things to a whole new level of corporate incompetence.
I ordered the MagicPad 3 Smart Touch Keyboard. HONOR accepted my payment, ran it through their multi-step verification, and then informed me it was out of stock. Instead of solving the issue, customer support agents repeatedly tried to manipulate me into manually cancelling the order from my end (clearly to save their internal statistics). They even claimed the item was permanently discontinued, which is a blatant lie, as the keyboard remains actively listed on their UK website with a 'Notify Me' option, and the tablet itself is still being heavily promoted.
After I stood my ground and demanded a merchant-side cancellation, they finally processed my refund and threw in a £30 'goodwill' voucher. The irony? Their online store is a ghost town. Currently, there are more products sitting on 'Notify Me' status due to lack of stock than there are physical items available to buy. What good is a voucher for a store with empty shelves?
I love the tech, but I refuse to be treated like this as a consumer. If HONOR UK does not drastically improve its after-sales contact, customer support, and product availability, this will be my last purchase from them. Great hardware means nothing if the shopping experience feels like an online scam.
Totally useless company
Totally useless company. Spent £1200 on a foldable fone and the internal screen after a while became faulty and even though the fone is still under warranty, honor are saying the parts aren't covered by the warranty and want £400+ to fix it. Do not buy anything from this company.
