​I’m really disappointed with how my recent online order was handled. After waiting since January 28th and having to chase for updates, the order was eventually canceled a month later. The lack of accountability and the difficulty in reaching anyone by phone or email is a major letdown. It feels like the online side of the business isn't a priority for them. Definitely not the seamless experience I get from Patrol Base

I asked for a sealed, unopened box gun and they delivered. Fast communication and reliable service - highly recommended.

I strongly advise people to avoid this company.

I placed an order on 2 January with DPD Next Day Delivery. The order was never delivered to me, and despite repeated emails over more than a month, I have not received the goods or a refund as of 10 February.

Key points for future customers:
- No tracking information was provided until I chased.
- Delivery deadlines were missed.
- The company stated the order was “packed” and “on the way”, but it was never received.
- A refund was refused unless the item was “returned”, despite the fact it was never in my possession.
- The company stated they would not reply to further emails.
- More than a month after payment, I was still without my money and was forced to initiate a credit card chargeback, which can take up to 90 days.

Under UK consumer law, goods remain the trader’s responsibility until they are physically received by the customer. This matter is now being handled through my card provider.

Based on my experience:
❌ Order not delivered
❌ No refund issued after more than one month
❌ Credit card chargeback required

I wish I’d read the existing reviews before ordering. Learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere.

P.S. This order was placed for my son using money intended for his birthday. Had I not paid by credit card, that money would still be unrecovered.

I ordered both an angled foregrip and an M-LOK foregrip for my airsoft M4A1 AEG, and they were delivered very quickly, having arrived within just two days after I placed my order. The grips were in great condition and included all of their respective parts. From what others have said about HPA’s positive customer service, I would not hesitate to contact them if I ever had any questions and/or problems! All in all a very professional service!

Another RIF order placed and once again received great service. Package was sent very well packaged and very quickly. The RIF was exactly as advertised, I’m very pleased once again.

I bought some guns which came securely packed and on time.
I noticed I'd bought a duplicate of a gun I already owned.

A quick email to them and agreed to return it. Very pain free and sorted easily. Their returns policy is clear and easy to understand.

In the end I decided to visit the store, its only about 60 miles from my place and I wanted to check out a couple of guns.

The staff Chris ( the owner I think) and a helpful bearded chap could not do enough to help me, very impressed I was.
I came out with two new guns, both of which I wanted to check and handle in the store, again no problems.

Chris also found me a tracer unit for an unthreaded barrel, which i've been puzzling over. He even got an identical gun out of the store room to see if it would work. Very helpful and I bought two flash/ tracer units as they were good prices.

I recommend HPA completely, my experience of their service is first class and I will buy from them again.

very fast delivery
sadly the outer barrel was miss manufactured and misaligned, but they replaced instantly and paid return postage, replacement part works great

So everyone seems to rate bad experiences so I thought I’d take the time to not .
So I have made a few orders in the last month , all with twists , some with me ordering the wrong thing and needing to replace and some with a manufacturer defect and needing swapping out .
Each time they have been solid , responses within 24 hours , items sent back and new ones with me within 48 hours , refunds for the remaining back into my account within 3 days .
They have been fantastic , honestly can’t fault them and will now be one of my regular sites to order from . Some of these negative comments seem a bit much and polar opposite from my experience.

My replacement saw some delays due to DPD being idiots, but that doesn't really reflect on HighPressureAirsoft. They've essentially been perfect. gone above and beyond to make up for old problems. since their "staff changes" i honestly think they are now my top most trusted airsoft retailer.

I sent another email on a whim and they replied AND called me. they were very apologetic, made a point of mentioning that there have been "Staff Changes" and wanted to get a replacement out to me that day.
after confirming my order number i got a reply and a tracking number for a replacement (on a Saturday morning no less). If it arrives in good order I'll be bumping this up to 4 or 5 stars as it seems like they're putting a lot of effort into clearing up their act.

I had an item break while under warranty and every single stage in communication has been abysmal.
item has been returned to seller with proof of delivery but instead of processing my refund they have now stopped replying. it has been several weeks.

when i first emailed them asking for technical advice (no mention of any returns at that point) they simply never replied. that issue was solved, but the item eventually broke down completely. when i tried to contact them regarding a repair/replacement this time they first tried to act like i was returning an "unwanted" item: insisting on original packaging, that the item is in "resalable" condition, and that i pay for postage. only after quoting the relevant trade standards laws did they apologise for their "mistake" and process my returned item, eventually arranging collection for a tracked delivery. this took a LOT of emails during which they kept trying to get me to pay for delivery (exclusively recommending services that offer no proof of delivery. any motive they might have for that would be pure speculation), and claimed that they would compensate me the price of postage when they refunded me.

now that they have the returned item (currier service provided a photograph of my package delivered) they have now just stopped answering any emails.

do not ever order from these people, they are criminals, liars, incompetent, and fundamentally evil human beings. even someone so compassionate as to decry the dehumanising of child-abusers, rapists, and genocidal warlords should have no difficulty seeing the danger of projecting any humanity on the employees of HighPressureAirsoft.co.uk

Had a damaged iteam which was very difficult to get an exchange or refund. I ended giving up with it. Avoid if you can.

never had an issue using this company for my airsoft purchases

Bought a “Brand New” VFC Avalon DMR Machete from them in September. Thought something was off from the get go as the FPS seemed to be low and they said it was chronoed at just under 400fps. Turns out it was 0.4 joules which is equal to 200fps. The piston in the Rif was completely broken and shattered into the gun which not requires the weapon to be fully taken apart and cleaned. No customer service at all and have no gone to their competitor in Lincoln for a much much better service. Give these guys a wiiiiide birth.

Would never use again.
After receiving an item (inner barrel) I realized that it was slightly to long for my gun. I sent it back in its original packaging sealed as new. Only to receive a partial refund from high pressure. I've tried contacting them to ask why only to be ignored and get no response.
Just use a different company

Was sold a faulty regulator, after a few sketchy interactions with the company I managed to get a refund through PayPal. Customer service is lacking and organisation of the company is poor from my experience but in my case it was sorted in the end luckily. They actually sent me back the regulator and refunded me.

Bought a hpa bundle from high pressure and the regulators description was incorrect and said that the reg came with the two outputs but when received it only had the one, contacted high pressure who admit the description was misleading but wouldn’t send me the missing item after that. I would highly recommend avoiding high pressure as the customer service is really poor and they don’t seem to care about the customer only about the money.

Great experience with both the staff and delivery times, quality kit recieved and will be my goto place of purchase for my airsoft bits.
Tracking was spot on they delivered on their promis can't beat a good service.

I purchased an Specna Arms SA-46 core LMG airsoft defense weapon that comes with a 2000 round bb magazine, within two minutes of firing I noticed that the reload function continously kept charging even though I wasn't firing. The switch on the magazine then decided to go in on itself so there was no way to turn this off. I had to take the batteries out to stop it. I contacted High Pressure Airsoft and they asked that I send it back to then, which I did at cost to myself. They then replied it was fixed but I would need an Allen key to turn on and off (very impractical) I have now been told this will have to go back to the manufacturer and this could take some time. So I paid over £300 for a weapon that does not fit the description, I am so dissapointed as I was looking forward to using this in game play with the extended magazine as a support weapon. If I had known there were issues with the magazine I would have purchased something different. So so disappointed.
