Ear wax removal and hearing test
After having suffered from blocked ears resultant from a gradual build up of ear wax, and having previously been treated by 'Highland Hears' some two years ago, I had no hesitation booking an appointment for treatment.
I found Quintin and his team at 'Highland Hears' to be especially welcoming, and the treatment to be surprisingly stress free, and actually comfortable.
Quintin was exceptionally professional and as you would expect very knowledgeable, explaining very carefully the process.
Whilst it does take a while, dependent upon how much wax is resistant to the process, it is NOT uncomfortable in the slightest.
The result - YEAH - I can hear again and all the wax has successfully been removed. Excellent value.
So, if you are apprehensive about having the treatment, believe me, you do not have to be. If you have never had the process before, don't worry.
After all, our hearing is paramount and i fully recommend a visit to Quintin and his team at 'Highland Hears'.

First class service
I have recurring issues with excessive ear wax but have always tried to use home remedies like squirting water in to help remove some. I made an appointment with Quintin after reading the reviews on Trustpilot. He dealt with my issue to the point that my hearing has improved considerably. He explained the process very well & put me at my ease before proceeding. Such was the level of wax involved, I had to make a second appointment but it has definitely improved my hearing. Money well spent. I will definitely use Highland Hears again & I would have no hesitation in recommending Quintin to anyone with hearing issues.

Another successful visit
From start to finish, my apt with Quintin was very good. This is my second visit to him and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Quintin is very patient and explains everything and I certainly don't feel rushed. I can get quite anxious with appointments but this is certainly not the case with him.
