Great staff and service.

Michael from Highgate Heating & Plumbing came with his son and apprentice Michael to do an electrical job in early December 2025. I am unable to pass judgement on the quality of the work because I am not an electrician, but I have every confidence in it since it was from a firm that was recommended by Which Trusted Traders. All I do know is that it was carried out efficiently, pleasantly, and quickly and at a reasonable price.

Very prompt, polite and effective. Recommend highly!

Kept me advised of timing, both plumbers (we needed 2 visits as one part was slow arriving from Germany) very pleasant and expert. I felt total confidence and am very pleased with the various jobs they did, replacing taps and two cartridges, also resealing shower, cleaning trap etc.

Very happy with repair of my boiler from Highgate heating. They had it back up and running in no time. Very honest people told me it was a easy repair even though I was told from other companies i would need a new boiler. Thanks

This entire service was so pleasant from the get go. I had a new boiler installed after a nightmare experience with a different company. Highgate Heating were stellar in comparison, and such a relief. Quick, clear, helpful and enjoyable communication from John at the company. Everything felt very straightforward and transparent. Udo who came to install the boiler was so polite and just a joy to have in the flat. He even asked if he should take his shoes off - what lovely manners! I feel like sometimes, as a woman, it can feel a bit uncomfortable having a random man come to your home, but Udo and his colleague were so pleasant and just very good vibes. He spoke to me like I was an intelligent person and didn't patronise, which was also refreshing. Honestly, just such a great experience, which sadly feels rare of late. Thank you John, Udo and Highgate Heating - we love the new boiler!
