What a strange little company.
The eBike is a bit hard to hill-start. It's heavy for its size, and PAS is very slow to cut in.
But that's not the problem; the problem was that Customer Services claimed that the owner's manual, and the specs contained within it, was a counterfeit, but have so far declined to send me a link to the "real" manual...
The bike was OK for less than £200, but I'd be mighty peeved if I'd paid the RRP of £700 for it. And I certainly find this refusal of customer service a bit odd if they're a reputable company.
