I’ve tried all kinds of make up foundations over the last few years. Personally abd professionally “Hide” is the best on the planet.

I would like to know how this works for me, but…

I was offered a 50% refund because they couldn’t answer my question about SPF content before my package arrived. I accepted it, because I guess it’s worth a try.

I received my package. I received a concealer that is 17 shades away from the color I ordered. The foundation also looks nothing like what was represented on the website. I now have two products I can’t use.

Customer service said they’d send me replacements, free of charge.

I later received another email, saying that since I accepted the 50% refund, my products cannot be replaced, even though they made a mistake and sent me the wrong color.

I was not even offered a return label to send these back, or to exchange them in order to get the right shades — I’m just SOL, I guess. And I’m out 50% of what I paid.

Oh, and I’ve exchanged probably 20 emails with customer service at this point.

It seemed too good to be true, and it was. What a mess. I wanted to try these products, and now I want my money back, my time spent on all these emails, and I’m still searching for decent makeup… ugh.

I have already tried to reach your company twice now with no response on how to exchange what I have because your company made the mistake or a refund would appreciate some type of response thank you

I bought the foundation and concealer two months ago and ever since I've being more than satisfied 😁 it stays on all day!! And most of all It covers my dark circles.

In august I ordered a shade of concealer way too light, spent about $28, sent it back to their returns address with included letter that I needed an exchange for slightly darker shade. Had my return address on envelope. Another $6 expensed. Did not receive anything, followed up by email where I continued to get reply’s saying they need my shipping tracking info. Unfortunately I didn’t do the tracking, foolishly thought the enclosed letter would explain. Subsequent emails saying with COVID they are not opening packages received, WTH! But they were willing to give me discounted percentage back instead of full refund, which I only wanted exchange. Wanted me to keep product which I shipped back. No good, customer service fail, considering they got my full payment. Never again!

Ordered the duo in Champagne and received Henna after waiting for two weeks to receive. Much too dark. Perhaps they should be more careful when packing? What do they do just pick them and throw them in a box without paying attention? I mean there was not even a packing slip.

Love this foundation. It lasts all day. Sits on the skin well without sinking into my pores. A wide range of colors! A little goes a long way. I’m a customer for life.

1st I ordered my concealer and by accident got the wrong color, I emailed customer service and they responded same day within a few hours... 2nd they replaced my order with the right color at no charge and it was at my doorstep in a few days! No hassles at all and the nicest people ever!!! But most importantly it was so awesome to use...full coverage, goes on like cream!!!!! I use Linen color and I'm in love with it!!!!! Especially with my beauty blender it's perfect!!!! IM SOLD!!!!! THANK YOU!

I tried this concealer and foundation. It is SO orange it looks like an actual orange. I didn’t even bother blending it out, I just took it off immediately. This was a waste of money. Talk about a MASSIVE disappointment!

The color match was great and it hid my imperfections well.

I did the match test and received the wrong shade SMH! Then I tried to guest my shade and bought a different shade to match my skin still wasn’t a exact match, so I tried it to see if it covered my tattoos and it does BUT it rubbed off on my clothes ALOT 🤬 they claim to be transfer proof and that’s a LIE LIE LIE . This product is awful so awful

This is an awesome concealer! It does just what the name says! It hides everything without looking like you have a ton of makeup on.

The product of the year!! I honestly wasn't expecting much from this concealer! I'm always skeptical lol but I had to cover my tattoos to hide them from my grandparents HAHAH so I gave it a try and found out it actually works perfectly!! The coverage is amazing and you just need a really small amount! For dark circles just a little tiny bit is more than enough to cover them and the skin looks flawless!! Omg!! 💕💕. I've tried a lot of concealers because I never felt 100% satisfied with any of them, but this time I swear I'm never switching again. Thanks Hide, you guy changed my life 💜

They sent me the wrong color. When I tried to get my money back they told me the best they could do was to give back 40%. They are scammers!

This really is a game changer, love the coverage and I mix my colors. Just buy it!

Doesnt cover my freckles let alone a tattoo. Utter garbage. Does rub off. Wasn’t worth it. Would like a refund.

Ordered my foundation and recieved a different color, but they were easy to notify and responded quickly and sent a replacement within a week. So helpful and nice! I will certainly be a repeat customer. Thank you Victoria!

BUYER BEWARE: SCAM COMPANY

Ordered the fairest shade. Recieved a deep shade. Unusable to me.

I immediately sent email on September 3, the day I recieved the order. No response.

Sent another email and this time got a response asking for pictures. Replied with pictures. No response.

Resent the pictures 4x. On 5th email w/ pictures their response was "you're past the exchange window you can pay to send it back or keep it for 50% refund".

I can't use it why would I keep it?! And conveniently, allllll my emails with allllllll the pictures were excluded from the email thread making it look like it was ME who didn't respond!!

I'm going to bet I pay to send this back and don't get a refund once it arrives back. Call it a hunch.

What a scam. Sham. Theft.
