I ordered a heavy hoodie of the website and 3 months later a different hoodie was delivered I tried contacting them but the customer service is trash and left on delivered for 5 months now.

They sent me the wrong clothes, and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them, in order to return the order. Since no returnlabel followed the order. Its been 3 months now.

Ordered 2 tshirts. Waited 3 weeks. Tried to cancel order due to the delay of any shipping. One tshirt arrived over 3 weeks later but it wasn't what I ordered! Contacted company to chase up a refund and to return incorrect order but heard nothing. This company is a scam. I think it helps to share this information on their Instagram page to save others losing their money.

Placed order 12/4/25 thinking I had plenty of time for it to arrive by Christmas, NOT. Sent multiple emails asking for estimated shipping date, estimated date of delivery and no response, then I received automated response, I then emailed multiple times to cancel order, no response. Got a surprise email 1/2/26 stating my order shipped with estimate delivery date of Feb 2, 2026. I emailed Hidden Archive again stating I requested multiple times to cancel, got a real response back apologizing and if I wanted to continue to cancel. YES..Yes I do, no response back. HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

A month after ordering nothing has happenned, no email, ni suggestion of item being shipped.
This is a scam.

Ordered in time for Christmas- order hasn't even shipped. Going to be one disappointed teenager on Christmas day. Now reading all the other reviews it seems as if this is not a reliable company- and the 4 day return window also seems pretty ungenerous. Just hoping that at some point I get the T shirts.

HORRIBLE. Seen on Instagram and found the clothes very nice, the first order went very well which made me order again four months later. I’ve ordered four items, the items were in the wrong size and weren’t the ones I’ve ordered. Five months after asking for a refund REGULARLY. Nothing. Only automatic answers and $100 out of the window!! Very disappointing.

They sent me a lot lower quality hoodie and acted like it’s ok.

After 1 month from my orden (30 of June) i haven´t received any update about the status of my order, JUST ORDERED.

I find it shameful that after an entire month, the order hasn't even been packaged. I send them 2 emails. Sorry, i wont buy here anymore.

Dear team, I have rarely read such nonsense. Four days to have time. Sending the goods back is really outrageous. I will never order from you again anyway and will make sure that almost nobody orders from you again
. Here in Europe, stores are generally so fair that you don't have to worry about returns. But it's different with you. You are scammers.

I ordered a t-shirt which arrived after about 2 weeks, without any problems. The site offers a lot of clothes for little money and it's really nice to have good quality clothes. People complain too much here

I ordered my pants over a month ago, and they said they were out of stock even though on their site it said it was in stock and even on sale! I highly don’t recommend purchasing from this company. they are lying thieving cheats.

They never delivered the hoodies and I ordered like 3 months ago, they email back apologizing but never send the hoodies

Delivery failed and the delivery company admitted to failing to deliver the product but the hiddn refuses to acknowledge this.

Total scam - took my money, didn’t receive anything for weeks then when I chased them I had ‘delivery notices’ that said something had been delivered to London DHL, not my address. Chased again & they instantly returned my money minus £6 delivery! So I paid £6 for absolutely nothing & they walk away with my money & prob loads of other peoples. Avoid!!!

If I could give them zero I would. Lying, thieving cheats. I ordered a medium for my godson as his Christmas present. They sent an XXL and then, despite their error, refused to engage. Sham of a “company”. Do not waste your money. That said, if you are reading this it’s probably too late

I ordered a sweatshirt, it took several weeks to receive it and finally I received a completely different sweatshirt. The customer service ist nealy not existent. Either no response or always the same automatically generated email asking for the order number and when I received the product. No possibility for returning the product.

Purchased 2 t shirts 1 was correct item and happy with it and the other was incorrect item. After emailing several times and given time wasting tasks eg send a pic, send order details a couple of times, they emailed to let me know it was to late. So obviously did not have what i wanted and did not want to do anything about it. Poor service very frustrating. Will not purchase from here again. From reviews seems they have problems delivering goods as ordered. Disappointing..

I've ordered january 23rd and I've finally got my sweater the 17th of february. The quality is not great but not too bad.
