The conditions of the trip, including price, shared accommodation, food, and program format, were explained transparently in advance and applied equally to all participants. While we are always open to feedback and ways to improve, we believe that what was delivered was fair and aligned with what was communicated beforehand.

— The trip was always priced at €3,990. While our website shows “from €2,450” reflecting two types of boats, this lower option was for a boat without a chef for those who wanted to join at a reduced price. When you joined the trip, just a few weeks before departure, all participants had booked the catamaran with a chef for €3,990, so the €2,450 option was no longer available. This was clearly discussed during the vibe check, and you were informed of the €3,990 cost before making your deposit. You joined knowing the full price, and it did not cause any concern at that time.
— This trip has always been an entertainment sailing experience with group activities and a workshop. We never marketed it as a “marketing and entrepreneurs retreat,” nor were one-on-one coaching sessions advertised. While we offered a group workshop with the ambassador to provide extra value, you always had the opportunity to approach him directly with questions, and if needed, we can still arrange a dedicated session with him
— Cabin assignments were communicated in advance during the vibe check, and you agreed to the conditions. While you slept on a different catamaran, you were always welcome to spend as much time on the ambassador’s boat as you wished. No one restricted that access, and it was up to you to take advantage of it. We also offered you a discount. As stated on the website, each participant receives a spot in a double cabin, and photos of the cabin showing a double bed were available. We discuss this during vibe checks and always clarify that the bed is shared. We are transparent about these details before participants commit and pay a deposit.
— As for food, chefs, and group dynamics – these can vary from boat to boat. While we do our best to ensure a good experience, we cannot take responsibility for personal preferences or for how other participants behave. This trip was always advertised as a shared sailing experience with the program and masterclass included.
During the trip, we regularly checked in with participants one-on-one to make sure everything was going smoothly. We also had a couple of conversations with you, and since no concerns were raised at the time, we assumed things were fine. If something ever felt off, we would have been happy to address it immediately and find a solution together.
Before the trip, you informed us that you were very eager to join but could not pay the full amount upfront and requested post-payment. We made an exception and trusted you to honor your commitment, yet the balance was never paid!
All details are transparent, and questions are discussed during the vibe check. The goal of this trip was to enjoy an entertaining sailing experience, meet the ambassador, explore Greece, connect with new people, and make friends. We regret that you did not find the experience valuable for yourself.
