No update on shipment status. No help from customer service. Refused to let me cancel the order. I would urge anyone interested in prompt, helpful service to order elsewhere.

Do not by any chance place an order on this site. We just tried it and safely used Klarna. But Klarna stands by they businesspartner and demand you to pay no matter if you do not receive anything. STAY AWAY

I was in the store ordered the shoe online due to the 25% on it, used my rewards points. Told the employee that I just ordered that shoe online and I’ll be back to put it up. I get an email canceling the order from Hibbett saying the shoe was out of stock. Also, ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 3/25 the shopping said they would be delivered by 3/27 and checked the order online and they still show waiting to be picked up by carrier…. Ridiculous

The so called manager the big black girl is rude and dirty I swear I don’t like her I keep saying I’m not shopping with Hibbett any more because of her attitude she does shady stuff I returned a shirt and she created a shipping label and I will have to wait on my refund that’s messed up for her to do that I could of done that myself that’s just how dirty Michell is to the customers I guess Hibbett doesn’t understand without customers you have nothing

I ordered shoes online and when it was delivered, which i had issues tracking, the box only had one shoe!!! Really!! The workers should know to check every box before sending! Not jus to make sure that both shoes are there but to mKe sure that each shoe is same size and matches each other!!! The other shoe in my case is probably on the display!! They told me i hVe to send this shoe back to get refund and jus to reorder the shoes! Umm afraid to reorder am i gona get just the other shoe!!! Very disappointed!!! Train your workers better and make sure they are doing there jobs!!

I just ordered cleats. They had me put all my info in, including my credit card, and then said they didn't have it. Feels a bit strange taking all my credit card info before letting me know they don't have it. Also, they didn't mention how long the shipping is....if they actually had the product they advertised.

It’s a scummy company. Cancelled my order without notifying me, I had to do my own research. Turns out the single pair of cleats I bought flagged me as a reseller so they directed me to the store, which doesn’t sell cleats. They have a too bad so sad approach to customer service

I placed an order 1/12 and it was delivered 2/25. I open the package and there is a purple stain on the shoes. They dont care about your order I had no shipping updated for over 5 weeks. They are not a good business and should not be allowed to screw people over like this.

Took weeks to get a pair of shoes after they already shipped, normally once an item is in route it gets to you in 2-3 days, my package has a tracking number and history and has been sitting in spots for days at a time, it’s 2024 how your shipping slow in the US, we can get stuff next day, slow as the shipping is it should be free, what’s the point of paying 17$ shipping costs and it’s not even express shipping, I’m tired of cheap greedy companies doing anything to make a dime with crappy customer service, garbage, don’t order nothing if you’re expecting to wear it soon, garbage site

Hibbett’s in Jacksonville Florida at the 103rd location right in front of Walmart did not have my order on time, came in and spoke to an associate and he told me he would have at in 20 mins left and went to Walmart just to come back to him telling me he was just about to start on my order. Store wasn’t busy at all the associate just didn’t want to do his job…I’ll be reaching out to management. Customer Service didn’t even tell me that my order was rejected instead watched us walk around the store and didn’t say anything…management needs to hold them accountable

Day 8 still have not received my order been calling them for the past 4 days! 1st manager said nothing they can do 2nd manager gave me $7 back to my card that’s it that’s all! This is the 2nd time I’ve went through this ordering online from them. They do not care whatsoever zero empathy. I will never order online with them again they’re plenty of better options to shop with online that will get the orders to you and compensate you if needed. Hibbetts is not it! Lesson learned!

I purchased tennis shoes from City Gear and they refused to stand by their policy. I called corporate and it took them two months to refuse us. The tennis shoes have never been worn. They do not stand by their products. Please do not purchase any shoes or anything from City Gear in McCain North Little Rock, AR. I would have given it a zero but it wouldn’t let me. Beware if this company.

Worst place to order from my order said shipped and I have the tracking number but when I check said shipped the 19th but its still setting in the same spot when I ask about it they said it's still in the fulfillment stage???? But I have text and email that said it's shipped will never order from this place agen I will do without before I ever give hibbett sports a dime of my money

Absolute shot show. I’d rather swallow razor blades than to ever order here again. Terrible customer service. Do not ship. No reply’s back. Go to JD or champs even Dick’s sporting goods is way better a that doesn’t say much. Avoid

Fraudulent site. Christmas 2023 $1200 charge my account 12 times for a $195 order. Did Not refund all my money until after the New year 2024. DID NOT fulfill the order. Today 2/10/2023 same thing has happened again. Took the funds from my account and no order processed! Sent a complaint to BBB for HIBBETT CITY GEAR. Customer service blames the bank your card and anyone else. Never offers resolution. takes your money and takes forever to refund. They are a scam!!!! wish I has read the reviews on here before. Will never order from them.

Worst customer service in the state of Kentucky. I walked in the store no hello, no how may I help you today, no contact with me at all.

I'm very disappointed Fist time buying and maybe the last I wish I could upload a picture I couldn't believe the box looked like they went over the box with a truck,and the worst part it's that the boots look used.

I initiated a purchase with this company using my credit card. I could tell the company preauthorized the purchase because it appeared on my credit card app as pending activity in the same amount as the sneakers. There was also a second charge from the company reflected on my credit card pending activity also in the same amount as the sneakers. Within a few hours of completing the purchase and receiving an order confirmation, I received an email from the company canceling my order. They claimed the reason was my payment was not authorized. Checked with my credit card company, they confirmed no fraud alert or other issue was holding up my purchase. Called Hibbet customer service and that was useless. Customer service rep suggested I use a debit card as if I'm desperate enough for a pair of sneakers to use a debit card where it would be harder to get my money back. Stay away from this company.

I made an online order at Hibbett for Christmas gifts for someone who lives in a different state. One item never showed and I tried multiple times online to resolve the issue with no avail. I called to get help, the rep laughed on the phone, and said more than likely your claim would be denied, even though their records show and it shows online with order status that the item is still awaiting a carrier. The fact that no effort was put in to resolve the issue bothers me. I will NOT be shopping again and recommend others do the same.

There few selections of shoes and customer service tucked to the max . One said we have plenty of shoes but asked for at least 3 pairs oh we don't have that size . The jonesboro store is a joke I remember when they were there to help now they actually act like they don't want to make money. Yes I'm older so I don't really understand what happened to service!
