If you are reading this, very likely you are in the same doubtful position I was when I was about to use this company for my flight tickets. How I wish I followed my gut instincts, how I wish I didn’t give myself the headache, stress, financial loss and heartache by using Hi5tickets.

Using them cost me £1000 loss, they promised tickets, I paid 2 instalments and when it was time for the final instalment and to receive my tickets they came up with an excuse that the airline cancelled the flights which was a lie (airline confirmed flight is still flying). They then said they can provide me another ticket if i paid them £1928 more than initial agreed price.

Save your time, your money and most importantly protect your mental health. Don’t bother.. or you’ll end up regretting it. Just like I did!

P.s: I have evidence of chats, emails and recorded phone calls of all I went through with Aryan/Hi5 tickets. I expect a likely defence/reply which will be.. this is a fake review! Well it is NOT.. I am a real human with a 100% true review, who just made a a really stupid mistake patronising this sham company and hopefully saving you from doing same!

The fact that they offer 3 easy instalments to pay for the flights is convenient. Aryan Khan I would like to thank for handling and arranging flights for our umrah trip and then our trip to Pakistan. A courtesy call from Sameer to add to this to make sure everything was handled smoothly. I would highly commend these two people from the Team. Well done Guys!

Hi guys please avoid this company at all costs . It's all a scam they provide fake promises and fake links . I booked a holiday to Turkey marmaris. I gave them the initial payment they said 2 payments are left to pay when trying to make the Second payment the link didn't work . I have tried to call them and when eventually getting through they said our links work it isn't our fault . I called them on the day I received the link but for the whole day they said they would send the link again which they didn't. I called multiple times and they ignored my calls the next day they said we can't honour this price as the payment link expired. Despite numerous calls about this link not working they ignored my calls . Now the next day they tried to charge me more for the same tickets. My original flight price was for £976.89 now for the same flights they are charging £1795.65 !!!!!!! Please stay away from this company at all costs

I recently booked a flight using this agency, and I had a fantastic experience. From the beginning, my case was handled by Aryan, who was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful.

What made my experience so great was Aryan's exceptional customer service. He was very patient in answering all my questions, no matter how many I had, and he provided clear and thorough information throughout the booking process.

I was also given the option to pay for my ticket in installments, which was very helpful and convenient. This flexibility made the entire process much smoother and less stressful.

Please avoid avoid avoid . Payment plan doesn't exist and when you try to sort things out they try and charge you triple the amount PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. go on a different website.

Please avoid it at all cost, this company is a scam. They lure you into a deposit to hold you down with low ticket fare which are not real
We booked a ticket for £4203 and were asked to pay in 3 instalment, at second instalment we were told to accept a new return date or plus 2 weeks or pay additional £1917. This was after wasting our time for 12 days. when we asked for a refund, we were charged £400 for cancellation. Our travelling plan was destroyed by this horrible agency. Total time and money waster.
They still advertise the same cheap tickets on their site waiting for their next victim.
Save yourself from the nightmare.

We are yet to get back our refund. They said 20 working days and now it's more than that. £1343 was paid as deposit.

@14;38. Call received from this company, the caller was threatening me with a law suit. He was yelling on the phone and ended the call abruptly.

I send an email on the 1st of May to let this company to let them know that we are yet to get a refund from the £1343 the we deposited on the 6th of March.
They never replied and we are yet to get a refund. When I called this afternoon, the call handler was so rude and he ended the call.
This is the worse experience of my life.

This company did not return our deposit of £1343.
Please avoid dealing with them based on my experience. Worse experience of my entire life. They are giving reasons to make it right for them not to offer any refund. Don't be a victim.

Aryan helped me with my booking and he was very helpful.

Try to book tickets, just only got so many guestion and no tickets, they even ask why you going for two weeks not for the week. Have to call them and ask if i can buy, but on last conversation been told that price only for two seats not 4, thats fine, but then he is asking why I choose payment method where is offering on them website instead to not paying full amount. Just a time waste.

I wouldn't review if I hadn't get a cheaper hotel for my family. ;)

So far best experience compare to other travel agents. They took care of my travel plan with all aspects.
