"STAY AWAY!!! I’ve gotten no response to my refund requests. I only get generic emails asking for more time more than a week after I purchased. This is a scam—€50 down the drain!" I have had a similar experience with them, and it is almost two weeks with no response on product shipment or refund. SCAM!

i have been using this product since 7th of feb and now i came to rate on the 29th of march,basically after 51 days of use and patient i can see the result are actually working. the fact i am 20 M and i was getting bald , i tried rosemary ,the rice technique, the worst of was minoxidill since it's a chemical made hair growth honestly it barely worked after i have found this product i had to watch several reviews to convince myself of course i ignored the negative ofc XD. the fist time i bought i had a big doubt but a voice told me to try and be patient . now i have no regret i can see my hair is taking shape like before the only issues is the shippiing process it takes time but yeah, patient is the key apart from that i don't regret spending my money on this product, i will update the future result apart from that ,THANK YOU very much for everyone who works for this company. you gave me hope XXD

Been using the products for more than two months and lost a bulk of hair… I’m so disappointed 😔 I had very healthy hair and thought this will be good to use

When I first saw this product on a social media platform, I decided to try it, give it a go, why not? As have older hair in needs tlc, as it tends to be dry and frizzy. I have been using a high street product, which I had been happy with, but left me with lots of frizz,so had to melt the shea butter to apply to get rid of that been using this method for a while. Out came the gels which left my hair...crunchy.
Found the website, searched the products. Quite local and if i could have travelled to east i could have, unfortunately due to my limited mobility travel takes planning.
I tried to use the chat service, there was a glitch.
Never mind, order was placed, the order status updates were continual..processing...with courier, shipped. Will be delivered on ....Thursday, placed the order on Saturday.
I am holding out washing my hair.
Its Thursday delivered! yay!!!
Everything stopped, this is the big moment.
Read the information leaflets supplied in the parcel, (which was packaged beautifully.)
Applied the products prewash as per the info, okay so far, now the shampoo, it left my hair feeling clean and the sensations my scalp experienced as different. No foam, maybe I should have washed my hair? No.
I have used black soap on my hair previously, this was different, it tingled & my hair is clean, it looks.. different?
Hair wash completed and the curls are popping!!! how is this???
Hair conditioner in,not washing it out as love the 2 in 1 on this.
My hair is curly, my hair is wavy, Yes I'm singing! Cos I'm happy, my grey hairs used to be dry, it didn't retain ANY moisture, as much as I tried, and I tried. It's as if my hair memory has returned. No! My hair memory Has returned.
Thickening gel, hair curl butter mixed with the conditioner, oil blend....followed the instructions and I how have popping curls without crunch, my hair is so soft.
The smell/scent of the products does disappear after applying, just left with clean manageable hair.
All achieved after one,one hair wash.

The products use natural ingredients and you can tell…they are unscented and will sort of amplify whatever you already have on your hair; They have a gentle sweet smell to me, I almost can't describe it. My hair absolutely loves this product! Very moisturizing, nice viscosity to work with, and easy to get down to the roots! My hair has grown half an inch in just a month, which is amazing to me. You won't regret it!

It was an amazing experience from ordering to delivery. The products exceeded my expectations, I am sensitive to many products including the ones that claim to use natural ingredients, however hh-cosmetic products are different, my hair and scalp has never felt this refreshed. I can honestly say that this cream does exactly what they say it will do and that is regrow your hair. You will need to be patient but it’s definitely worth it.

In all my years of struggling to regrow my bald(skin smooth) edges, this is the first product that has given me HOPE. For the first time,i saw new hair follicles on my smooth spots exactly after 10 days of using my first jar.
This meant alot for me as even a biopsy done in India did not explain what was causing my hair loss but these products ( H.H Follicle Stimulant and liquide supplement) are gradually doing the magic for me.
One thing i have learned on this journey is that hair grows differently for different people. There's the need to follow application instructions,be consistent and be patient too.
I'm definitely not expecting hair loss of more than 10 years to grow overnight ( though i really wish it would 😂),but i am super happy with my progress. H.H products are amazing, and i am grateful to God that i finally found them and something that truely works!!!❤️

I'm just giving a second review as it's really important that people are aware of the experience I had. That it not to say that all people have had a bad experience with this company

I am unable to respond directly to the reply that I have had from this company, therefore am replying via a second review.

This is their reply:
'Dear Anthany,

To react to your review, you used the product and when it was done you came back claiming the cream is grainy. We asked you to send us a picture but you could not provide it. Additionally you were not applying the cream correctly and when you were adviced on the correct procedure you got angry because we did not give you a free jar like you wanted.

We are very sorry but your results are based on your failure to follow the right application instructions'

First I am not sure why they are saying I got 'angry'. All correspondence was via email and I was confused at one point expressed respectfully what the issue was. They then replied saying 'no point in getting angry'. There was no evidence of 'anger'

Secondly, I told them the grains would not be picked up by a camera because they are too small to see, however you can very easily feel how grainy the product was. This is why they had an opportunity to look into this and I could have sent them the cream back to feel for themselves, but they refused

Thirdly no suggestion at all was made in reference to a 'free jar'. This is another exaggeration or a straight lie from the company

And finally, the application was adjusted once they informed me a more suitable way. No results were seen after using this. It could of been because I had a very defective product. This company then replied saying the product is grainy because I have left the life open for too long. It was a last desperate attempt from them to pass on their downfalls. How do they know I left the lid open for too long? I simply used as anyone else would. Open a product, and put the lid back on.

I still stand by everything I have said because I have all the evidence via email correspondence. Please be mindful with this company. They also emailed me saying that results can be seen in as little as 10 days.

It's the service that was horrendous.

Not happy placed order on 11th Oct today is the 28th Oct and I still have not received my order and after sending 4 emails that have gone ignored and unanswered I would advice you stay away from this company and their poor customer service ethics totally disappointed as this was my second and will be my last order with them
Please be warned

No difference seen with products. Expensive for nothing to happen. Don’t like the way they remove all negative reviews or comments from social media adverts
