Purchasing our Forever Home!
We sold our house and went through the pain of estate agent and their adjoining Solicitors... Knowing we were soon to look for our forever home.... We came across Herrington Carmichael and Mary.
Straight away the difference in experiences between our past Solicitors and Herrington Carmichael was extreme from Friendliness to Professionalism and being open and of cause explaining legal talk in simple terms and happy to respond to what may be draft questions...
We cant thank Mary enough for helping us purchasing our new home feeling at complete ease.

First time buyers...
As first time buyers we were quite nervous and unsure of how the process worked etc. Holly made sure she answered questions- very quickly and was sure to reassure me that I weren’t asking daft things! Such a brilliant experience from start to finish- would highly recommend to anyone and would be my first choice if we move again. Thank you all!

Excellent first time buyer experience
Absolutely amazing customer service and so, so efficient! We brought our first home using Herrington and they made the process so easy for us. Answered any questions we had, made sure everything was sorted for us, we didn’t have to chase anything! Can’t recommend them enough.

The best new build solicitors in the UK
I am a first time buyer and had no idea of the process or what needed doing but Jess and Roisin held my hand the whole way through. They were so efficient it felt like I was their only client and that they were dealing with only me.
When it came to completion I had some problems with my lender releasing the funds because of a second survey but against all odds Mary-Jayne smashed it out the park and we completed on time.
If I was to ever move again I wouldn’t hesitate to use this amazing professional team.

I recently moved home and Herrington Carmichael were my chosen Solicitors. Everyone that worked on sale and purchase offered exceptional service - from support and advice to the patience they had with me and my 1000 questions each day.
Particular thanks to Jo and Ellena who made the process great for us. And also to Natasha who worked on my completion.
Such genuine and warm people that actually cared about our end goal of moving to our new home.
I would 100% recommend them - this was the 2nd time I worked with them and definitely not the last.

Utterly amazing service
Utterly amazing service - these guys worked above and beyond the call of duty, working numerous hours of overtime to get our sale rushed though, due to a ridiculously tight timeframe.
Everything, from start to finish, was incredibly professional, with the staff showing empathy and understanding throughout the entire experience.
Fantastic service, incredible attention to detail and consummately professional.
