I put this off for way longer than I should have. Once I finally went through the consultation, I realized the process was nowhere near as awkward as I'd built it up to be in my head.

I work long hours and the last thing I wanted was another appointment squeezed into my schedule. Being able to complete everything online in a few minutes was a huge advantage.

Very easy to sign up and start shipments on line. Cancelling is a whole other story. Online suggestion described selecting a menu option which simply does not exist. ChatBot is more than useless and voiceline goes straight to voicemail, stating no associates are available. Very shady.

The customer service team was incredibly patient when I contacted them about changing our delivery address. They handled it quickly and kept us updated the whole time.

Do not use it's a scam.

I've used another online provider before and communication was frustrating. HeroMD felt more organized from the start and the responses were much faster.

I mainly bought this because I have sensitive skin on my legs. After a few weeks, the difference is clear. The separate heads for different areas make sense and I like that it's waterproof because I always shave in the shower. My skin feels smoother and I don't dread shaving anymore.

I was impressed by how quickly the clinician reviewed my partner's information. We expected a much longer waiting period.

Do not order. SCAM. FRAUD I ordered one month to try and did not sign up for a subscription. A month later I am charged 199.00 and another unauthorized shipment was sent. I contacted via e mail . Customer service phone number they advertise is a scam. I’ve called over 30 times . Customer service is never available. I have left 5 messages with no return call .
They will charge you fir products you did not order and will not refund nor cancel

This company is a scam and fraud.

It’s to bad because I took the one month I ordered and actually worked ok. But I’ll never subscribe with this company. Crooks SCAMS. FRAUD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

My package arrived discreetly and exactly on schedule. Nobody would have known what was inside.

The delivery was delayed by two days because of a carrier issue but support responded almost immediately when I reached out. They were transparent about what happened and followed up until the package arrived.

The account dashboard was easy to use and I could track everything without confusion. That's a small detail but it made the experience smoother.
