Excelente mercancía
He comprado varios zapatos de Hereu y siempre he estado muy contenta con la rapidez que envían los zapatos. También siempre están bien empaquetados para que lleguen en buenas condiciones. La mercancía es excelente y se ve que toman interés en satisfacer al cliente. Mi única queja es que cuando ponen zapatos en venta la mayoría de las veces hay muy pocos tamaños que quedan. I bought a pair of sandals, and some days later it was broken. I wanted to explain this with your customer service to repaired them properly, but it was impossible.
I never had an answer from your side.
This was really disappointing because I felt that this brand doesn’t care their customers.
I don’t remember exactly the date of the issue with the sandals, but I bought them this summer in a Sample day in Poble Nou, Barcelona.
