Herbal House are really fantastic people. Always ready to chat and give guidence and advice, and as for the product line, say no more other that that everytime I reciece an order its like being 5 years old on christmas morning. The products are by far superior to all the other similar stuff out there. Just bought 4" ducting for the Thermoforge T7 and it's really good quality. Im never disappointed.

I have dealt with these guys for 9 years now. They have the best customer service i think I have ever seen. Its no wonder they have grown into such an outsandingly successful business. The products are top quality, that goes without saying, but the service is what really sets HH apart from the crowd. They are always available to chat and answer any queries, friendly, informative, and interested in what I have to say. Over 9 years I have had maybe one or 2 minor issues with gear, but HH always come through with a solution, and fast. My favourite company on the planet ( no exaggeration) to deal with.

I recently purchased an H19 AeroStream Humidifier and I'm very happy with this purchase.
I love how the quality is so good and that I never have to worry about refilling it as it lasts so long, so far it's been two weeks and I don't even think I'm close to needing to refill.

Great customer service really helpful when I had a delivery go awry through no fault of there's thanks courier post who said that parcel was oversize or to heavy which it wasn't coulda just left me to it but helped at there end to so ended up working out in the end and very happy with my purchase
