I was referred to HeraHair by a friend who went last year, and I loved his results. As soon as the first contact with Helga, the medical consultant, I felt in good hands. The consultation and all further communications were very professional, answering all my questions and becoming even friendly over time. Outstanding customer service. The logistics once in Istanbul were flawless. Limousine transportation round trip between the airport and the hotel, as well as from the hotel to the clinic, was on time, and the drivers were very courteous. Once at the clinic, the staff was very friendly, and the interpreter did a great job the whole day. After the first few needle pricks of anesthetic, the procedure was comfortable. I even fell asleep during the extraction. In the afternoon during the transplantation, the nurses were chit chatting with soft and calm voices, Turkish sounds really good to a foreigner. It was soothing and added to helping to keep calm through the whole thing. They gave me post-surgery meds and shampoo and directives to follow for the next few days/weeks/months as well as 18 months of follow-up. All of that really makes it a turn-key experience. I’m at 3 months now, and I can’t wait to see how this new hairline is going to look, as it is very promising so far. I highly recommend this clinic.

I went to Budapest for work, and happened to have a layover on the way back in Istanbul. Helga acted as a personal concierge and ensured I was able to get a transplant done within the time table that I was allowed. The accommodations were very comfortable, transportation was provided and top notch, Dr Ismael was insanely skillful, and the follow up was fantastically thorough. I had no worries, and any questions I had were answered in no time. I’d recommend Hera Hair Solutions to any and all of my friends experiencing rapid hair loss. It’s been a phenomenal experience, beginning to end. The “after” photos is only after 2 months of regrowth. It should be another 4 months before I start to see *very* noticeable results, and supposed to e a full year before I look like I never lost any hair. I will update again in October 2025.
