Highly professional and helpful
Stephen and his team are fast, thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful. The whole process was very smooth, and they reminded us to lock down the offer when we can - a few weeks before the Iran war started, so we got a very good deal just at the right moment!

I had a complex vendor loan, connected party Commercial Property sale for 850K
I had a complex vendor loan, connected sale, brand new SPV Ltd Company deal for 850K building at 75% LTV but the 25% remaining via vendor loan.
I arranged an appointment with Henry Darnell. Immediately, they understood the proposal and prepared a deck to go to market. Process was easy and they battled for the deal from the start.
They found me a deal, at a surprisingly great APR for a commercial property deal of this type @ 6.6%APR. Deal completed today - when I thought it was a long shot from the start.

Brilliantly helpful for a first time buyer
I contacted Henry Dannell as a first time buyer looking for a mortgage. I was assigned Stephen Bourke as a dedicated point of contact and advisor. Stephen and his team were exceptionally smooth and efficient, helping to communicate with all parties involved in conveyancing, while keeping me fully informed the entire time.
They were also able to find a preferrable lending deal even on the day of mortgage application, as well as helping to put me in touch with their buildings insurance contact to assist there too.
The entire mortgage application process felt easy and stress-free, and I cannot thank the team enough.

Jamie from Henry Dannell is a rockstar! After fighting for months to get a loan approved with L&C, we were referred to Jamie by our solicitor. Within a week, Jamie had our very bespoke mortgage offer approved. We were able to stay on track with our flat purchase and everything went extremely smooth. Can’t recommend them enough!
