Booked my hen party to Cambridge with Hannah mulholland excellent day it was all so well planned and explained to us had details for every part of the day . All of the ladies enjoyed it so much Thank you for you great customer service

Booked my daughters hen party through Paul, he was really helpful and friendly.
He got back to me really quickly when I had any questions and I feel confident that the weekend will be great.

We arranged my sister's Hen Party though Hen Heaven, we had some issues at the beginning!!! But nothing I would leave a bad review about. We went to Cardiff, I would say a fun place for a Hen Party. The hotel was fine, the restaurant too. Unfortunately we book the next night for a boat trip, we were really looking forward to it!!! The upper part of the boat was closed off for safety reasons (never a good start). We were confined inside, with only a tinny area outside, and the only place the smokers could go. The main area was dirty and in desperate need of repair. The worst was the smell of sewage coming from the toilets!!!!! This wafted around the small interior space we were confined in.
I reported this to Hen Heaven, together with photos, they have show no interest. I was asked to email them I did apart from a "we have your email" I have had nothing!!!!! Complete lack of interest!!!
Would Not recommend, and steer clear of Cardiff Boat Trip

I have booked 2 hen parties through this website with Charlotte sorting everything out it is very easy and simple to use plus great deals.

I found this site and then event planners very helpful! I would recommend this site to others. They made the whole process very smooth.

Can’t thank Jess enough for managing and making the planning of a hen do experience as easy as can be! She has been very aware of budgets and has given us an excellent package which has exceeded expectations!

Jessica has been fantastic helping me organise my sisters hen do. She helped me to choose all the activities which suited our large group and has honestly made the whole experience simple and less stressful. Highly recommend!!

Alex was our Hen Heaven party planner. The planning process was easy and simple. Booking through Alex meant hens could the money directly to the organisers.
The Cocktail Class was the highlight of the weekend! We had a barman named Joe at Revolution Cavern Quarter, he was absolutely brilliant! The ladies had a brilliant time, lots of laughs and drinks
Hotel was what we needed, although 15 hens were left quite hungry at breakfast time as there was not much food left. 15 hungry hungover women is not a good scene! Luckily the bacon was soon replenished!
Overall the weekend was absolutely amazing!

Jessica must be the goddess of patience! I had such a hard time organising this Hen and she was there to have my back along the way! Could not have asked for someone better!

Sean has been superb while I've been organising my friends Hen, I had a million questions, every time I emailed, I thought of another! (I was annoying me, i must havs annoyed him!) But Sean was knew all the answers and was always happy to help :) . I was also offered the option of discussing over the phone or via email, so it was really "user friendly" :)

What a wonderful service this has to offer. I am over the moon with the booking, and Jessica Ball was such a helpful and lovely lady to do business with.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so pleased that I will. honestly I highly recommend their services, the events were perfectly organized, they even had little presents and cakes for the bride to be that I didn’t ask for (I made the booking.
Everything went smoothly and perfectly and I want to give a special thank you to Hanna Mulholland for being so kind and always available and able to accommodate our group.
Will definitely work with them again for the next big event!

Jamie has been a great help to me with organising this hen party! He knew the answers to any questions i had. The website is easy to use and my guests are surprised and happy that they can set up a payment plan. Would highly recommend!
