From first conversation with Helsa Hair everything was explained clearly for my partner's hair transplant. We live in Scotland so at the start we were nervous about travelling abroad for this procedure. They organised the hotel and all transfers which was so helpful, everything was already planned so we did not need to worry much
At the clinic the staff were kind and professional and explained things while working. The clinic felt clean and organised and not rushed.
The operation was very long around 10 hours and it was exhausting for him, and also for me waiting nervously most of the day. We asked about this and they explained they take their time on purpose to get better density and better results instead of rushing, which makes sense.
Even now before the shedding phase, the results already looks good. The density in the front looks full and natural, and people around us already say it looks good even though it is still early.
After the procedure they gave clear aftercare instructions and stayed helpful once we were back in Scotland. Overall the experience exceeded our expectations, and we felt well looked after. I would recommend Helsa Hair to anyone thinking about hair transplant in Istanbul and wants it done properly.
