HelpinU have been very professional and helpful throughout, from the initial site visit by Steve Cameron (the only one of the companies we asked to quote who didi this) to the installation that was all completed in one day. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves perfectly.

HelpinU installed our solar panels a few weeks ago. From the initial contact with their engineer through to their after sales service all was brilliant.
Now that we have received all our paperwork, we're now waiting to be connected to the national grid.
I would wholeheartedly recommend HelpinU for your solar panel requirements.
Overall we are very pleased with the service we have received.

Our solar panel work was carried out very professionally on time with minimal fuss Not an easy job because it included moving panels previously located on the rear of our property We would recommend them unreservedly

We found HelpinU to be an excellent company to work with for the installation of solar panels. They took the time to visit our property to conduct a survey before quoting. Other companies want to do this online. Their Technical Surveyor, Steve Cameron, established our energy usage and expectations from the system. He came back to us with a cost/benefit analysis of the options available. From this we were able to choose the system that met our requirements most effectively. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently by the friendly installation team who overcame the non standard layout of our property with no fuss. I find the ShinePhone App very useful to provide live data on energy produced, battery status and energy usage. Steve has been readily available to answer any queries and provide advice throughout the whole process. I would certainly recommend HelpinU to anyone considering having solar panels installed

We needed a solar panel system that was going to meet our needs into the future and we went to great lengths in our searches to find the right company to do the work for us. Several companies were keen to do the work, which is of considerable domestic size, but were reluctant to make a site visit to us in West Wales. Only Steve Cameron and John King from HelpinU actually took the time and trouble to visit us and understand the type of system we needed and required. The onsite assessment from Steve and John gave us the confidence to trust in their knowledge and professionalism. Before we finally decided on HelpinU, Steve Cameron accepted all the many questions we put to him and gave us the answers and reassurance we were looking for. John King and his friendly helpful team of installers George and James worked tirelessly for three days in some filthy weather to install our system of thirty solar panels with optimisers, fitted to a south-south -east facing roof, installed three batteries and two inverters. We asked many questions during the process and all were answered clearly and cheerfully. After three days the system was up and running providing us with solar energy. An app gives us all the information we need to be sure our system is working as it should while on-going help from HelpinU is there if we need it. A thoroughly professional company and we fully recommend HelpinU to anyone and everyone looking to install a solar PV system . Thank you Steve Cameron and John King and all at HelpinU.

After contacting several Solar Companies and getting various quotes and advice for Solar panels,I decided to go with HelpinU. Steve the Surveyor was very professional in his approach and gave me a very competitive quote.My job wasn't the easiest of jobs as involved placing panels on the garage roof ( 50 yards from house ) as well as the house roof itself.From initial contact with Steve evetything was completed in a little over 3 weeks. Wish to say a big Thankyou to John and Jordan the Electricians and the Guys who had to fix the panels on the roofs in not very favourable weather. Everyone worked well together,were friendly and left the house and garage clean and tidy.My Solar system is now producing up to a whopping 25 Kilowatts per day as of late March and would reccomend HelpinU to anyone.

Showed up at my front door and told me about all the free things i could get. Made an appointment with a surveyor. Took a day off work and no one showed up.
No call back, no apology.

Checked with local council and despite what I was told, I am not eligible for all the 'free' energy savings and would have ended up owing HelpinU's (contracted) tradesmen for the work. BEWARE. Read the small print. Check your own eligibility with local authorities.

The process is complicated, HelpinU had no time or sales pressure. All aspects were clearly explained. The installation was smooth and efficient.

Excellent service from everyone at HelpinU and their SW based installation team. From our initial survey, through the impressive and patient orders team and then the installation team, all were very professional, helpful and proficient. You can always have minor hiccups but these when they arose were dealt with speedily and efficiently. I made several requests at design level and I was never given the impression that I was a nuisance, they were happy to investigate and in the end provide a system I wanted. I would happily recommend this company.

A good experience from survey/quote through to installation and commissioning of the system. Price was very competitive and timescale months better than other providers. Installation was in progress while it was snowing and very cold but work continued regardless. After sales support also looks to be very good. Highly recommended company

Friendly service from initial contact through to installation. Answered all the questions we had and competitive quote for large home PV system. Installation team was very efficient and had it all in and working within a single day. Am very pleased we took the leap to get the PV after a few years of thinking about it.
