The best value and most important software in our ecommerce business
Absolute time & money saver - the most critical part of running our ecommerce business. We sell on various sales channels (Shopify, OnBuy, Fruugo, Amazon, eBay etc) and all orders are pulled directly into Despatch Cloud and shipped with one click. The platform is so easy to use, and has saved us hours and hours of manual fulfilment and greatly reduced packing errors. The support team is fantastic and we've tweaked the system to run just as we need. It's an incredible system and I would recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their ecommerce fulfilment systems.

I have used Desaptchcloud.com for over 1 year now.
On their Gold plan, Matthew and his team created a plug in which makes a huge difference to processing orders to our specifications and makes a significant annual cost saving.
The support for the most part has been very good, but I have needed to chase up a couple of times on one issue, but was not a critical issues so I can forgive them for that.
Overall Despatch Clouds integrations with the couriers we use and the stock synchronisation with Amazon and Fruugo save us a lot of time and therefore money and far exceeds the costs of the service.
I do check alternatives from time to time but for the moment very happy to use Despatch Cloud.

Greatly improves efficiency and accuracy.
I run the company who Despatch Cloud was originally designed for. We have been using Despatch Cloud and it's the previous system for 6 years now.
We run multiple websites off the software, as well as Market Places like Fruugo, Amazon, eBay.
Firstly Despatch Cloud allowed us to massively increase efficiency, the development team actually spend time in the warehouse to see how we processed orders so that they could tailor the systems to how a warehouse actually operates. We can process far more orders now without increasing staff.
The Despatch Cloud helps us improve accuracy and the ability to synchronize stock across systems makes our expansion possible.
Uptime has been great, we have never (so far) had any issue which was not minor and those which we have had have been quickly resolved. Which leads me on to customer support which again has been very good.
There are a few quirks in the system, I think the search functions could be stronger, for example, it won't recognise the plural form of words.
Overall we at Funky Giraffe are very pleased with the system and are happy to recommend it.
