This was our first charter and it couldn’t have gone better. Toby at Helm went above and beyond not just with the boat but he also provided a great insight to what we could expect. He gave us some essential do’s and don’ts so we felt fully prepared before we got there. We will be using Toby and Helm to plan our trip next year.

My family and I recently made a sailing trip in Croatia organized by HELM. Our trip was fabulous and HELM definitely made everything as smooth as possible, before, during and after the trip. A special thanks to Fleur and Jack from HELM for their time and effort. We highly recommend working with these guys!

We had a fantastic trip around Greece on an on a catamaran, which was a which was amazing. This was our first yachting experience, and everything was made very easy and smooth with fantastic service from Toby at Helm he was 2nd to none! Great communication, he always rang me back instantly on any queries and explained everything really well, everything went smooth as promised, and cannot for Toby in the company, would not look at going anywhere else, and we are in the process of booking next years trip again with them highly recommended.

This was our 1st charter. We had an amazing week in the South Ionion. John was a pleasure to deal with. Being first timers we had lots of questions. John was very patient and knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect boat and location for our group. I highly recommend HELM and John.

Zach could not have been more helpful - this was my first boat charter so I was very grateful for all his advice and patience as I asked a lot of questions! He did not give up his search until he found exactly the right option at the right price. Zach was very knowledgeable and efficient - a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

Our first time with a skippered chater,what an amazing week.We left our itinerary up to our skipper who brought us to some really beautiful places.The crew were sharp,always responsive and knowledgeable .The meals and service were 1st class.
We felt that the yacht was small for a groupe of 10 (catamaran 51'). We'll surely book bigger next time.

Great boat, very clean and good sail plans, great organization and great background with itineraries. Certainly coming back for more!

I do not recommend booking with Helm for a charter. The boat they reserved for us had a dinghy with an inoperable engine (we lost a full day of sailing because it had to be removed by a mechanic, repaired, and then reinstalled 8 hours later). Worse, the bilge clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The main cabin smelled like a public toilet after a music festival and the stench of human feces was absorbed by all of our clothing. Everywhere we went, we smelled like human waste. It was nauseating. Peter, one of the scam artists who run this company, refused to do anything meaningful to make this better. We spent over $12,000 to rent a partially inoperable public toilet with no customer service to support us.

This was our 4th consecutive skippered charter through Helm, this time to the beautiful Sporades... following fantastic trips to the popular cruising areas of Croatia & Northern Ionian as well as exploring the Aeolian Islands (Sicily) last year. Peter and team always offer invaluable advice, from cruising locations, to finding the best boats, and always with good local charter companies. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Helm.

Excellent service with knowledgable and highly responsive team. I won't be booking with any other provider in the future.

I traveled to Croatia for the first time and during that trip my friends and I (a group of 6) secured a day charter with Helm working through Aimee at reference from Victoria. The crew in Croatia, Toni and Vishna, were so thoughtful and kind throughout the day and provided top levels of service. They helped us find secluded bays and arranged reservations for us to have lunch in a cute little town.

We had such an enjoyable time on the water and many of us felt it was a highlight of our 10-day trip.

Helm was very easy to book through and knowledgeable about what to expect. They were clear with budgets and options throughout the whole booking process. They also were great at communication throughout the whole process.
