This was out 2nd time using hello vans…
This was out 2nd time using hello vans for a home move. Our team this time was Rasul, Qasem and Ani. They worked hard and were efficient and accommodating and took great care with the furniture. We had an exceptionally heavy sofa that needed moving down stairs - very difficult to do and they did it well. We also had to extend by 2h on the day itself and they were happy to accommodate this. Very competitive price too

A Waste Of An Afternoon!
I was promised a call back at 4.30pm today for which I purposely waited 90 minutes. Then, when I tried calling them at 6pm, a message stated there was "nobody in the office to take my call"; and also that their voicemail "inbox was full". Then their line automatically disconnected me!

Do not use this they gave a fixed quote with correct details then tried to charge more I have all the evidence and let’s see how trading standards deals with them.they were given an area Southampton and the post code many times an tried to charge even more.

Hello Vans was the most competitive quote when we were looking to move some large pieces of furniture to our new apartment, and were very flexible with that quote as we added or took away some items. On the day itself, the movers were very professional and friendly, incredibly quick and efficient with packing and unpacking the van, and were able to easily handle some less than favourable parking situations due to construction. The only reason we have not given five stars was because they were delayed by an hour and we were not given any notice in advance or when it became clear they would not make the initial quoted time window. We did reach out to the main office after no appearance within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, and they put the movers in touch with us to clarify the new timeframe.

Mehdi and his team were very helpful with our move. Mehdi helped move our boxes, furniture from our old place to the new place and also helped assemble our some furniture. Overall I would really recommend Mehdi as his services really helped us on a very stressful day.

The staff took great care with the move, very efficient and stress free. Had to change the move date and they were so quick to accommodate. Wasn't a problem at all. Kept me informed of arrival time and made the day so much easier. Would highly recommend

5 stars — I would highly recommend this team and would definitely use them again.
Rasul and Bakhtiar were absolutely excellent. They were friendly, patient, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout a very long and stressful moving day. We ended up needing much more time than we had originally booked, and they were so understanding and willing to extend the hours to help us, even though they must have been exhausted.
Rasul worked incredibly hard all day and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. He was so patient with us and did a fantastic job. Bakhtiar, the driver, was also brilliant — funny, helpful, punctual, and kept a positive attitude throughout.
They both worked so hard under stressful circumstances and remained pleasant and professional the entire time. We’re very grateful for all their help and couldn’t have asked for better service.
