Received flawed coat, but the company won’t respond to complaints
I ordered a coat in late December, which I received early January. The coat turned out to have a notable flaw – the lining was twisted 180 degrees inside the sleeve, making the arm get stuck when putting the coat on. I contacted the company, and was given a non-working promo code as ”compensation”. As I was, of course, not satisfied with this, I have tried to get in touch with them multiple times since, but have received no response, even though I can clearly see that they have opened my messages. And seven weeks later, the issue still isn’t solved. I advise against purchasing anything from this company – clothes are nice, but customer service really is the worst I have ever experienced.
