Shahid was fantastic, from the moment he arrived at the property he was very organised and made the whole process so easy. He went above and beyond and did a brilliant job of moving everything quickly but carefully. Absolutely nothing was damaged and I would book him again in a heartbeat!

From start to finish the service provided was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for the gentlemen, no possessions were damaged; they made us feel totally relaxed throughout.

Moving was very easy with HelloVans. They were able to move us quickly and efficiently, put the furniture in all the right places. Managed the stairs OK, 3 flights of stairs on one end. Turned up on time, good for the price.

We have used them several times to deliver our shop furniture they have always been on time , friendly and professional.

If I could give it less stars somehow I would. I have also left this review in the hello vans page because that is obviously monitored but want as many people as possible aware.
I booked a service with hello movers for a day last week and I am massively unhappy with the service I received. The mover who came did not appear to want to be there, nor were they very helpful. They were late and stated that it was included in the time I was paying for that they were late, they were rushing us, and refused to take an item which was included in the inventory I sent.
They also damaged the rental property we were moving out of due to their rushing and carelessness.
The furniture was then left at the other house without being put in the correct rooms. Partly due to our frustration and stress that we now had to find someone else to come for a single item of furniture the next day.
I sent an email of complaint to the email I was told to and have since heard nothing, which is not helping them in any respect in my opinion as I am convinced they are trying to ignore it as I have given them a week to get back to me before posting this review.
I am so unhappy, stressed and frustrated at the situation that I am unsure how it can be remedied appropriately.
I have paid for a shockingly awful service and am now being ignored. I am out more money than I paid originally due to having to book a further mover and am looking at losing part of my deposit for my previous property.
Stay away

I was beaten, harassed and had my belongings damaged and stolen by movers sent to me. They quoted me 1000 which I had paid and then turned up and the delivery point and started demanding for an extra £300. They knew they would overpower me because the strength of 3 men vs 1 woman cannot be compared and ran away with my luggage and held my belongings to a ransom. Despite, leaving me with injuries the company still didn’t offer any resolution or compensation and demanded I paid if I wanted my belongings. As I had my medication which I had already gone a day without thanks to the drama in my luggage I had no choice but to pay. THIS IS A COMPANY OF CRIMINALS AND I WILL MAKE SURE THE MAN WHO INJURED ME MR SHAHID MAHMOOD OF HELLO VANS IS PUNISHED BY THE LAW. NO AMOUNT OF MONEY SHOULD LEAD TO A MAN BEING PHYSICALLY VIOLENT TOWARDS A WOMAN.

two movers moving a two bedroom flat for £240. Can't argue with that. Less than half of some of the other quotes I got. Large vehicle, quick and carful guys. Finished up early they were so quick which freed my day up. Moving is always stressful so I really appreciated the professionalism of these guys.

These are total charlatans. Don't trust them.
I called in December for a quote and was given £60/hr for 2 men with a van. When I called to book today, they would not honour this. Then they said this is only for online. Next I found out I must pay in full in advance to benefit. So pay £250 for a phone booking (unsure if this is advanced payment) or pay £210 online but I'd have no idea if they would even show up.

Then their website showed home page £60/hr for man with a van but the page after £65/hr. Come on. How can we trust a firm that switches its pricing when and as they feel like it.

I'd be alone moving with 2 guys. I must feel comfortable with the company.

When I called in Dec. I spoke to a British guy. As a native I know the difference. Today it was a foreigner and he insists he owns this company. It was all very strange.

I called a second time explaining my concerns about payment in advance. He insisted this is common when it's absolutely not. I'm probably twice his age. I've moved many times in London and never had to pay in advance. I would be willing to pay a deposit but not the full amount in advance.

We had to book last minute, but the team came round the same day to quote (half the price of Pickfords). The following day they packed, and moving day couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

Cheerful, efficient, and very helpful assembling things when they reached our new home.
