I’m from France and I received the Zara Spiderweb Mesh Top, the Kiki Leopard Mesh Top and the Raise Hell Night Dress and I absolutely love them. The delivery was really fast and arrived right on time for Valentine’s Day. The quality and the details are amazing — everything looks absolutely stunning. Honestly, it’s the most beautiful gift 🖤🥀

I’ve ordered from Hellflower many times and only had issues twice. Both times I was met with exceptional customer service. On my very first order 18 months ago I received a bag strap with a fault in the printing. I was sent another for free without any quibbles. Just last week I received a bag with a fault and emailed Georgia. She replied extremely quickly and was generous with her offers as to how things could be resolved, which they were. She’s always lovely to communicate with on socials and her business emails are no exception. She clearly cares a lot about the brand she has created and engages with her customers on how to make their experiences even better. Whilst products are possibly a bit more pricey than for larger businesses it always feels nice to be supporting the smaller ones, especially when they are genuinely grateful for your custom. Looking forward to my next order already!

Wish i could leave non stars but oh well. I had high hopes for this seller. She didn't wanna co-operate with me at all, when we tried working together she didn't behave nicely, and just didn't wanna explain what happened at all. She was really rude and as a customer i feel the need to leave this review so others can see how some people don't wanna be professional about their work.

I have ordered lots of things from this shop and they’ve all been fantastic.
The socks are some of the best quality crew socks that I have ever owned. The underwear is really comfy and well sized. I have a cap from here which I love and wore all summer and lastly the bags, the bags are fantastic. Well made! I had one issue with a bag and the owner was fantastic and sorted this straight away! I will be a life long customer :).

Never have I ever a found such a sick company! Every drop feels like they have reinvented the wheel! I do not own as many products from the same business as I do with Hellflower! Each bag I own is beautifully crafted and gets complimented on every time they venture out with me. The straps are all inter usable and each style so bloody sick! The jewellery is hard wearing and well made and I wear them with pride! The underwear is comfy and adds such a awesome element to my outfits with the printed banding. My tops have been worn and washed numerous times and are still as perfect as the day they were bought. I cannot shout about this brand more!!! I have always received my pieces quickly and beautifully packaged with attention to detail. Georgia, the owner also takes time to converse with you and get banter which is unreal as she must be so busy building the sickest empire!! I always look forward to each new drop and have trigger fingers to order my next favourite piece! Thanks for creating the raddest shit!!

This independent brand is one of my favourites! I’ve been buying for the past few years now as I love everything they create. Amazing designs, lovely owner, can’t recommend more to anyone in alternative communities.

I’ve had 7+ bags (lost count) socks (again lost count at this point) underwear, bikinis, T-shirts, cropped vests… you sell it I buy it at this point.
Everything is absolutely unreal!!! Fantastic quality, packaging and every order is appreciated. I absolutely love the brand and the owner, the nicest person you could ever talk to.

Hellflower has always been a great experience buying from, orders have always been quickly posted and delivered, they are active online and shared posts and have quick responses to queries on instagram or email. Even though something went wrong with my last purchase they were kind and understanding with a swift response that was sorted that day.
