Δεν συνεργαζόμαστε αρκετό καιρό , οπότε δεν έχουμε πολύ εμπειρία, απο εκεί και πέρα η ομάδα με την οποία συνεργαζόμαστε είναι πολύ ευγενικά παιδιά, αλλά θεωρώ με λίγη εμπειρία με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχουμε πάντα κάτι ωραίο στα χέρια μας. Η αλήθεια είναι πως ίσως πρέπει να δώσουμε λίγο χρόνο γιατί συνεργαζόμαστε πολύ λίγο, αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές υπάρχουν κάποια κενά, εκτός του ότι τα παιδία είναι πολύ καλα και ευγενικά!

Μια από τις πιο εντυπωσιακές συνεργασίες που έχουμε κάνει! Η ομάδα της Hellenic Technologies κατάφερε να βρει μια στρατηγική digital marketing για την Golden Star Ferries που όχι μόνο μας φέρνει αποτελέσματα, αλλά έχει κάνει τη διαφημιστική καμπάνια μας πιο οικονομική. Το κόστος μας μειώθηκε, και η απόδοση των διαφημίσεων αυξήθηκε κατακόρυφα. Συγκεκριμένα, είχαμε μια αύξηση πάνω από 35% σε conversions μόνο τον πρώτο μήνα μετά την έναρξη της καμπάνιας. Our experience with Hellenic Technologies started on March 2023 when we signed and accepted their offer for our new ERP and Woocommerce website.

Their talented salesperson (literally speaking), during their sales ceremony, followed by a manager of the company, managed to convince us during a 2 hour meeting in our shop, that if we chose Hellenic Technologies for our website redesign and ERP solution, they could take our digital presence to the next level with no hassle and delays. In fact they promised that they will copy all our products as they were in our previous insfrastructure and they would import them in a better, faster and google friendly website. To support that promise, they informed us about big companies that have trusted them, and this was backed up by their good ratings on trustpilot. Unfortunately for us, that was miles away from reality.

We have prepared a short summary of specific issues we faced in this unpleasant cooperation here below.

- 7 month delay to deliver our project from agreed date.
- Inability to properly import our products and their data to our new website. Even though everything was available to them from our previous website.
- Inability to import our bilingual content even though everything was available to them from our previous website. They asked us to do it ourselves manually because it would take them a lot of time...
- Besides our detailed brief, we had to exchange around 400 e-mails with them during the process.
- They delivered a slow website.
- Unacceptable errors on Skroutz Marketplace integration (for almost 2 months, half of our products were visible on Skroutz).
- Malfunctioning shipping method (box now).
- 5-10 seconds delay to add products into cart (products with colors)
- Inability to create proper filters and specs for each product category even though everything was available to them from our previous website.
- They misinformed our new digital agency and they hid information so when we were about to transfer our site to the new infrastructure and go live, we were down for 5 hours with no website. Well done Hellenic Technologies. Thank you for the unprofessional treatment all the way.

So to conclude this honest and accurate review the 1 star they get is for some of their employees' effort (eventhough we expected more), and the 4 starts they didn't get is for their poor project management, poor after launch support, poor communication and above all their lack of empathy and arrogant attitude.
