I like the quality. Unfortunately, the one I got has a slight scratch on the left glass. I went to exchange it at the Helios Moka and the service I received and the exchange process is not customer friendly. I still like the products.

Amazing experience. Only downside was I bought online and my coupon code didn’t work. But everything else was perfect.

Great product at very affordable price. It is even better that it is made in moris!

Only comment I'll put is when you purchase online it'll be handy if you cann opt for different locations for pick up!

Very quick response, and quick service

I called and even came to your shop twice looking for a specific model...it was an old model so I think you may have discontinued it. Was told each and EVERY time that it would be available next week..and guess what..I have been waiting for over 6 month ( since Nov 2021. )
If you no longer have the model just say you wont produce it anymore...its a dishonest selling argument when you just say next week over and over again.
I eventually settled for another model instead of just waiting for the old model to come back.

I like your sunglasses guys - I have bought over 10 pairs since 2014. But your customer service is going down over the years.

I’m actually surprised with the quality of the product, it even gives out a ‘feel good’ factor knowing that I opted for a sustainable yet fashionable spec. (Made from plastic bottles).

It is light weight and easy to wear, can’t wait to purchase more. However, membership discount would always be a plus if same is available ;)

Delivery was quick and packaging was okay, could be improved :)

One constructive criticism would be that the tag line & Helios logo fades with time :(

This isn't my first order. I already have a couple of their amazing sunglasses. Delivery was expected within 48 to 72 hours. It's been 6 days and I still don't have my sunglasses.

Edit:
It looks like I provided an incorrect phone number so the courier service wasn't able to reach me. I notified Helios, let's see when this will get sorted out and delivery is made.
