Very good experience dealing with this firm. Our solicitor was Holly Bowen and she was very efficient in her job… despite it being a long process through no fault of her own, we had contact at least once a week with an update. No questions went unanswered and communication was excellent, exactly what you need through a lengthy and stressful time! Would highly recommend Hek Jones Solicitors, and more so Holly Bowen herself. Thank you again for all your hard work, you really did make a stressful time a lot better for us.

Recently I have bought a 3 bedroom house in East London. The exchange was done within 5 weeks and after 1 week was the completion with another Solicitor or Conveyancer.

My experience with Hek Jones Solicitors was more than worst. I started to buy a flat in South London and Countrywide Home Conveyancing/Hek Jones Solicitors on 15 August 2022. The Solicitor Mr PL discovered my mortgage offer after 26 days and started the process/requested for a search after that. Ineffective or lazy or incompetent, don't know what was the cause. After months of waiting and pain and also corresponding with the Estate Agents as well, the matter was not progressing. More than after 5 months the Seller pulled out from the process in January 2023. In February 2023, the Legal Assistant SW of Hek Jones Solicitors emailed me, "We note that there is a balance of £23.20 to be returned to you.
So that our accounts department can process the funds transfer, please provide us with a recent bank statement (or banking app screenshot)." After replying with the bank statement (asked for the calculation as well) no reply or was not returned the balance. They know if they ignore our emails we have nothing to do, cause we are sufferers. Please go with these Solicitors if you want to be a victim or sufferer.

Brilliant experience when buying my family home with Hek Jones. My solicitor was Phillip. He kept me well informed. Great communication throughout. Answered any questions I had in layman's terms, yet professionally. Followed up and chased queries in a timely manner. I really couldn't have asked for anymore from a solicitor.

Natalie Cromwell and Rhian Picton in the Cardiff office are the most efficient and professional solicitors I have ever had working on my behalf. They completely exceeded my expectations with a very difficult property sale and then a short time later another purchase which was equally difficult in terms of a tight timescale. However, they absolutely over delivered on both occasions proving that the first time wasn’t just a one off and evidences how amazing they are at what they do.
Communication with them was excellent and they always made me feel like I was their only client despite the fact they would have inevitably been juggling multiple workloads and they never at any point made me feel like I was anything other than completely valued. I would only ever use Hek Jones again in future, but, if the company was ever daft enough to not do everything in their power to keep Natalie Cromwell and Rhian Picton employed there and they moved on to pastures new then I would have to seek out where they had moved because ultimately the amazing work done for me was by these individuals. I will be eternally grateful for their part in helping me through what can be one of the most stressful times of your life with buying and selling property especially when it will be your home.

Ask for Phillip Lewis! I had a terrible property journey but Phillip was there through the entire journey, provided great advice and made sure I'd be in the best position possible. Lovely guy honestly!

I have been really impressed with Hek Jones' conveyancing service compared with other experiences I've had in the past which have been average at best. Chloe in particular has been really helpful, efficient and friendly but the whole team has made two transactions, a remortgage and then a sale, as stress free as possible - so important in property dealings. I would thoroughly recommend this company and would use them again if I could. I did find recently that I wasn't able to use them for a purchase because they weren't on a mortgage provider's panel, frustrating because I had every confidence they would be the best choice.
