Quentin was awesome he is really good at what he does. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have never came here. So he deserves a raise if not he is definitely a keeper. I thank him for what he did for me.

Just took a loan out with this company. I initially talked to Kim on the phone and did an application. Quick approval and process was simple. Went to the office the next day and picked up my check from Kim.
She is courteous, efficient and knows her stuff! I am absolutely positive I picked the right place to go for my financial needs and I will recommend Kim to others any chance I get!

The lady named Stephanie was very nice, polite sort of like she had known you forever......very informative and seemed appreciative of the business. Congratulated me on being 80 years old, with such a good Credit Score to be applying single. Husband is a 7 time stroke victim and I have Parkinson's and she was courteous to him as he was not able to sign his name on one app. She needs to be appreciated by the company. Thanks for being so helpful in our situation. We had business with your company once before, paid our debt early so appreciated you letting us be a customer again and we will be using your service again if or when necessary.

Very difficult to contact. There is no voicemail and no email. I am certain that the local are good, honest people. But the parent company does not endorse the same standards of account information and access for clients that are common across financial institutions in first world countries. It feels off, like the Mafia or similar organization is running it.
