Love the cream but think I might try a different version from you

First purchase 10% discount although you aren’t informed the discount doesn’t apply to all products, I have informed them which was very difficult , but the contact phone number is on PayPal ,so perhaps changes will be made to their web site.
Then I couldn’t re log into the site and the reset password emails weren’t arriving , I couldn’t even open another account as they recognised I had an account.
With my email but my stored iPad password has never failed on a site perhaps this is the problem but I don’t think so.
I also couldn’t close the first account I opened there was no search for that but I probably couldn’t close an account I couldn’t verify,
I did try using the chat option to rectify this but after 5 attempts for varying amounts of time on hold of 30 minutes or more I gave up

Lovely dermapeel and pedicure by Charlotte. Always so friendly and makes my trips to heaven a pleasure. So relaxing. Products are great but wish there was something new. Product innovation seems to have come to a stand still whilst other brands are keeping up with new science.

Heaven is a beautiful skincare! My skin feels silky soft and firm within a few days. Creams and masks got very nice texture and do not irritate my sensitive skin. I absolutely love Prism Age Defiance cream, Silver Bee Venom mask and WillowBee mask & Cleanse. I highly recommend this company, especially to someone who is fond of organic and natural skincare.

The products for rosacea are brilliant the only problem I have with the app is you don’t know when you’re parcel is going to be delivered you try to track it but that doesn’t work.

Their products are brilliant as is their customer service. I have only good things to say about Heaven skincare. I am 57 years old but look far younger due to good genes and a quality skincare regime and products mainly Heaven.

Product Didn't agree with me

Tried to cancel told I was signed up for 3 months…

Wanted all items I paid for returned even though I have paid and was told one was a free gift!

All I wanted was to cancel any further payments

Product arrived quickly but no seal on either product which is worrying as could have been used previously and as glass is not clear you cannot see if full.

I love heaven products and have been using them now for 7 years with good results. I feel skin confident. I do receive compliments on my skin and feel they are gentle on my skin while providing good anti ageing balance that I welcome. I use eye cream silver bee venom and bee peel.

Excellent products, any issues easily resolved through the customer service team

I ordered on-line very easy to do. Very pleased I had a discount code which was very easy to apply to basket. Once the order was placed a few days later I had a text to let me know it was despatched and I could track it. Which I did. Very pleased, happy with the packaging too. Products are wonderful and I needed to restock. Couldn’t be happier.

I recently received a sample jar of Heaven Eternal Biodentical Hormone Cream and as I have just had major surgery and started to try out this new product which has proved to be quite amazing as apart from being an excellent moisturiser it definitely has mood-lifting benefits also leaves a glow to my skin with a subtle aroma

I suffer with rosea and am using Heaven skincare. The products are good but the customer service is totally shocking. Had a refund but didn’t know why, had to phone Heaven for them to say no stock available, that was after being put through to another lady who was to help me. Attitude was horrendous, made fun of me, but must have forgotten to put me on mute. I spend a couple hundred pounds on Heaven and have previously recommended them, will be going elsewhere, where they actually think of their customers and not bank balance. Totally disappointed and shame on Heaven.
