Horrible service and rude customer…
Horrible service and rude customer service. I left my car at the Heathrow meet and greet and got back noticing that they have taken my car on a 30 mile joy ride. Absolute preposterous! Car was left with them with 355361 miles on the odometer and came back with 35590!

Terrible service!! DO NOT USE
Terrible service! They took my car for a joy ride and I could tell due to the Apple tag left in the car. They then just left the car at the parking and left it there with the key for me to collect. Anyone could have stolen the car and when calling the driver just made a bunch of excuses.
Price quoted is not the price you pay. Add £15 for the parking tickets they make you pay for upon arrival. They aren’t insured drivers and purple parking who are much better for the same price.
Never again.

Heathrow Platinum Parking Terminal 3 - everyone please be aware these guys are not Heathrow airport approved. The meet and greet service was chaotic. My car was badly damaged by the driver returning my car. By the time I noticed the damage and wanted to bring it to the attention of the driver, he had disappeared running off via the car park staircase! I am now trying to raise a claim and getting the “run around” from customer services and everyone I manage to speak with. Be aware if you are thinking of using this company just DONT !!!!

Car arrived 1 hour after I called to say I had my luggage. Driver then parked in the wrong spot which took me another 30 mins to locate. Driver and operator kept hanging up. I also had to pay an extra £6 to drop my car off and then £7.50 to collect. I raised a complaint to customer service over a week ago but no response yet received. I don't think they even have a customer service team. Complete cowboys. I was better off using the airports park and ride service.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They drive your car whilst you are away leaving you with unpaid fines, pictures of my car in high streets at 4am. When I called they hung up on me. Total scam company using cars for taxis and leaving you with fines. Feel so violated. Please never use!

This is the worst parking service I have ever come across in my entire life. I’m still waiting for my car two hours after calling from the airport to say that I have arrived with my bags. What an absolute shower of shite. Avoid at all costs

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These guys are a bunch of scammers. They'll take your car, put miles on it, and as a result you'll end up with a fine through the door which they take zero responsibility for! Truly terrible experience - avoid, avoid, avoid.
PREMIER PARKING - THE WORST OF THE WORST!
IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS, I would. An absolutely awful experience @ LHR. Their driver was 40 minutes late meeting me (13 September 2024). My wife had to check in on her own, whilst I waited for Meet & Greet'. I nearly missed my plane due to the incompetence of Heathrow Platinum Parking (trading under 'PREMIER PARKING)'. I had to pay £11 parking fee, because the driver didn't turn up in the first 30 minutes - he arrived 40 minutes late, but assured me I would receive a full refund if I made a claim. This I did (by email) on my return - they simply ignored my claim.
The 'greet' service when I returned on 29 September 2024 was even worse -this time PREMIER were 1 hour 15 minutes late!
How this company is allowed to advertise its appalling sloppy, uncaring service is beyond me.
To everyone looking at this review, please avoid them like the plague and eventually they (hopefully) will go bust!!

Title: Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Service
I entrusted Heathrow Platinum Parking with my vehicle for a meet-and-greet service at Heathrow Airport, expecting a professional and secure experience. Instead, I discovered my car had been used without authorization, leading to a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and a speeding notice while it was supposed to be securely parked.
Upon its return, the vehicle was in a poor condition, requiring professional valeting at my expense. Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly, the company has failed to take responsibility or even respond adequately.
This breach of trust has caused me significant emotional distress, financial losses, and a disruption to my professional commitments. A company handling customers’ vehicles should prioritize care and accountability, but this experience has demonstrated a serious lack of both.
I strongly urge others to avoid this service. Trust and professionalism are essential when leaving your vehicle in someone else’s care, and sadly, this company has fallen far short of these standards.
Abhorrently unscrupulous !!!!!!
This is the most disreputable company I have had the misfortune to deal with. When returning to He@throw, they actually delivered the wrong car over 60 minutes late. Eventually when my car did arrive after waiting over 90 minutes, it was damaged. Their driver fled the scene immediately on arrival, whilst I was putting the suitcases in the boot. He ran off without any type of handover, no paperwork and not even handing over the key. We found the key on the front passenger floor and despite my attempts to ask him to return, he did not do so. On inspection the vehicle was damaged and when trying to get them to pay for the repair, they insisted I forward them photos when I dropped the car off initially. Their driver inspected the vehicle at this time and had no issues. Their small print is nothing short of scandalous. My experience is that Heathrow Platinum Parking are thoroughly unscrupulous, lack any integrity and are just an abhorrent company, that have no place in the service industry.

Should be ZERO stars. Dropped car off incurring additional £5. Operator really hard to understand. On return as per their instructions contacted the number. They said it would be 25 mins. Told to collect at short stay level 4. 45 mins and a few calls later complaining it was returned. The driver handed over the keys WITHOUT inspection and left. On inspection BMW had a deep scratch rear side bumper and rear near side light cluster damage. Had to pay additional £7.50 to leave short stay. Video of car left as it was by them with the damage and photos sent to their ‘customer services’ which they text to me. In addition text photos to the number on the invoice. Awaiting a response. Terrible company. Cowboys. This is a Trading Standards issue. These people should not be allowed to operate.

Absolutely awful!!! Use meet and greet loads of times but these guys are the worst. They keep you waiting even though you call ahead of time and then the same on the way back. To insult you have to pay the £7.50 fee whilst you wait and drop off or collect. AVOID AVOID AVOID don’t make the same mastake I made.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. So many issues with attitude and communication (perhaps tehy were not UK nationals). The drop off went ok, but I came back into the country to collect my car. I returned 48 hours earlier but emailed them stating this clearly. Upon arrival I was told it was busy and it would be 30 minutes, that was fine as I hadnt gone through bagged collection yet. 30 minutes turned into 3 hours. Through out this time I called, many times the phone went unanswered and at no point was I called with an update. I was informed each time when I called that they couldnt tell me anything. Absolutely horrid experience, it was dark, cold, rainy and I needed to get back to my young family.

Terrible. Said hassle free but is the opposite. Hide the cost of entry and exit is an add on. Are miles away. Took over an hour to get car making me late to get leaving. When it came back it was covered in bird poop and dog footprints. It's worse than parking off site and walking 3 miles to get it. It's an awful company and for the cost you may as well use Heathrow meet and greet as that is instant.
Poor service fro Heathrow Platinum Parking
Called them on landing to be told car is on the way. Phone 40 minutes later to be told I hadn’t called and car would be 10 minutes. No car after 20 minutes, so called again and the phone was put down on me! Car arrived over an hour later after original call! It was 1.2 miles away based on mileage. They refused to pay for exit ticket in compensation!
Never use.
They hide that parking fees are additional. One person was rude.
On return they just left the car in the airport parking with the keys on a wheel, for anyone to take.

Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. Scratched my car, driver acknowledged but Company denied it. They never answered by emails. Took a month to get any response. Should be shut down. Don't even risk it!! Plus they were late on collection and delivery.
Do not use at any cost
30 minutes late collecting car and asked for £11.80 to cover ticket to get out of car park which we later found out is £7.50 an hour. Asked departure date which was 13th but we landed 14th, I didn’t begrudge paying the extra and didn’t complain but don’t appreciate the way he spoke to me as if he was an aggressive bailiff “pay the money and you will get your car back”. Certainly would never use them again or recommend them.

The service was terrible. They were 30 minutes late picking up the car. This wasn't so terrible but on return! They were an hour late. I chased at the 30 minutes and they needed reminding what car! The car arrived and the driver threw the keys to me and ran off! No inspection of the car. The car was covered in mud on one side. I booked this through compareyourparking.co.uk. Woefully inadequate- avoid at all costs!
I would not give them more than half a star’s rating. Woefully inadequate.
Despite the company’s assurances that they provide a reliable, punctual and professional service, I received anything but. They were over 45 minutes late, provided no updates and had to be called repeatedly and were extremely rude when we (eventually) managed to speak to someone. I would NEVER use them again!
