The electrician Ryan arrived on time. Assessed the work to be carried out and had all the required equipment. He completed the work efficiently and consulted me when necessary. Everything was cleared away for me as well. Really pleased with the work done.

Great experience, we had an electrical emergency which was dealt with really quickly. I have already booked some other work based on this experience.

DO NOT APPROACH OR USE THIS COMPANY! They attended my property last week and carried out an EICR. Lincoln said the electrics wre generally fine we just needed a new consumer unit and a few odd bits fast forward to one week of waiting for a quote for this work and they have emailed me with a quote for over £2000. I believe this company are committing fraud and are trying to gain as much money before bankrupting the company. Absolutely disgusting.

The true reality for some recent employees is not only do they get laid off on the premise that the company has money problems and therefore cannot retain them but the chances are, that like my grandson you may run the risk and not get paid for the work you have done!
Instead he's received excuses and false promises, but still no payment or realistic commitment to resolve this issue has been forthcoming.
Heath Electrical is still trading and no doubt earning income?
Damien the Director appears a bit full of himself and doesn't seem to care much for some staff!
Cease from helping to finance your business off the back of ex employees hard earned salaries.
Do the right and just thing and pay my grandson what he is rightfully due, like any normal, decent, respectable employer would.
Stop making excuses and focusing on all the nice things in life that satisfy your selfish ego, pay up what's owed and let others get on with their lives enabling them to put the Heath Electrical nightmare well and truly behind them.

I have remained silent for some time; however, as a partner of a former employee, I need to share the extremely negative experience they had with this company. Damien decided to withhold their final wages without valid justification, which seems to be his usual practice when an engineer leaves or wants to progress within their trade. Instead of following proper HR procedures, such as handling issues through performance reviews and improvement plans, he made false claims against my partner that were never communicated during their employment. Their actions seemed dishonest and aimed at avoiding responsibility.

During their time working there, wages were often paid late, not on the contracted payment date and sometimes not until late in the evening. This caused significant financial instability, leading to reliance on family members to meet bills. The stress from these financial issues also took a toll on their health and our family stability. Additionally, the company falsely reported to HMRC that they had paid the wages, which is illegal and can affect tax records. I also found out that their pension contributions were not made for the payment they declared but withheld. This is a serious issue as pension contributions are legally required and crucial for future financial security.

Despite many positive reviews of their work on various platforms, Heath Electrical Services MK has labeled my partners performance as 'poor.' Since leaving, their current employer has had no issues with their skills or conduct, and their previous employers before Heath had no need to address their performance. This sharply contrasts with the criticism from Heath Electrical Services MK.

The company is also facing a liquidation process. My partner was warned about this company before taking the job and, in hindsight, maybe they should have accepted one of the other offers they had.

Additionally, Damien Heath, the company director, is also a director for Lime Heating and has previously set up a debt collection business. He reportedly uses this business to intimidate and bully former employees.

Based on their experience, I cannot recommend this company as either an employer or a contractor.

It seems Damien doesn’t like the idea of paying people who work or have worked for him. My grandson has not been paid any salary and the chances of getting paid look unlikely as Damien the MD keeps giving him false hope, claiming the company has money problems and now saying that the company is in some form of liquidation, either voluntary or being wound up. I’m not 100% sure that’s true, but I will find out. He seems a very devious and selfish individual who cares more about himself and his lifestyle before others. It seems that he has no moral compass and does what he considers best for himself at the sacrifice of others. The old saying ‘It’s nice to be important, but it’s important to be nice’ seems appropriate!
Beware if you’re thinking of working with him or for him!

He is a charlatan and a thief and seeing these messages makes me feel sad for the staff but they should have spoken up, which we asked them to do.

Damian has caused so much stress and sent fake debt collectors for a debt that wasn't owed for work that wasn't done.

Trust pilot has deleted reviews, google has deleted reviews.

Karma has finally caught up with him.

They came out very quickly and sorted the issue. Friendly, efficient and helpful.

Warning. Received a letter from the MD Damien advising the company needs to raise money. I asked for my deposit to be returned for which I paid in good faith for work that never happened and been chasing for four months. They are refusing to repay the monies. I now need to take the matter to County Court. A real shame and very poor service. Be warned.

I know 3 people that work for you, that have waited 2 MONTHS!! for their wages, During which you have strung them along with outright lies, about how you have confirmed payment plans in place to pay them,then on the second month, right up to the day they were due to be paid, you told them all that you were "SORRY BUT YOU HAVE HAD TO LIQUIDATE THE COMPANY, AND THE LIQUIDATERS WILL BE IN TOUCH AND PAY THEM WHATS OWED"!!! 2 of which, not only had to go without 2 MONTHS PAY! They then had the ADDED INSULT from DWP, UNIVERSAL CREDIT that "UNTIL HEATH ELECTRICAL SERVICES ACTUALLY REGISTER LIQUIDATION OR BANKRUPTSY, THEY CAN'T MAKE A PAYMENT!!!"Leaving them yet again with nothing. So after some investigating, it turns out, NOT ONLY that your are still trading..(which anyone with half a brain can confirm on companies House website)... you are also hiding your assets from the government..renting out your properties selling off your assets and putting other assets in other people's name so they can't be taken from you!..Which is not only ILLEGAL but immoral, as this means there will be NOTHING for the liquidators to recompensate them..IS DAMIEN HEATH, THE KIND OF EXCUSE OF A SPINELESS MAN, YOU REALLY WANT DOING WORK FOR YOU, OR YOU WORK FOR??? I'm not even going into the SCARE TACTICS, HE HAS TRIED TO USE ON LOYAL EXISTING CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING OAP'S, REGARDING E.I.C.R's...

Damien has not paid wages for the last two months to employees who were let go due to the company going into liquidation. For over a year, anyone who he has let go, he refuses to pay but still declares their income to HMRC causing tax issues for themselves. He is a controlling man who does not know how to run a business and dreams maybe a bit too big. He has caused financial issues for many families. A lot of us have felt silenced by him due to his controlling manner. Us as workers always worked extremely hard without any notice.
Now its unclear if the company has been liquidated due to the active status on companies house. I can see there is a court hearing on the 11th September against HMRC so we shall see what happens. But Damien needs to pay for the stress and issues caused to many families. I advise anyone else who has had issues to speak up!

There's almost too much to talk about with Heath Electrical Services and its owner Damien.

It had nice vans, power tools were provided but in short supply, Engineers and some higher management are great to work with and it was a nice unit as a headquarters, if you're allowed to work out of it.
Obviously this was before the company recently liquidated, disposing of most of its employees without 2 months pay.
Apparently liquidated as they still show as active on companies house...

The contract was obscene, which was compiled together with the company handbook. All must be read, in full which is "mandatory and compulsory with zero tolerance". Both together are now a whole whopping 160ish pages!
Contract ammendments may also land in your lap, again with a "zero tolerance and mandatory" approach that you have to sign it or get out, the worst was a £30 counter charge policy, which was thankfully eventually removed.

There was no appreciation for hard work.
Nothing was ever good enough.
Never a "well done" or "thank you" it was always an eye on what more could be done.

You were allowed one 30min break for lunch each day IF it didn't make you late for your next job! So most of the time you're shoving a sandwich down your throat as you drive to your next job.

When you worked there, all paperwork (quotes, invoicing and certs) must be completed onsite out of your van, not allowed back at the unit to do any paperwork.

Reprimanded for not handing out a leaflet at a job, or providing a smoke alarm quote.

Anyone to speak out is hushed.

Staff have had wages partially withheld even though their wageslip says they have had full pay, a penalty charge Damien sees fit for whatever reason. These charges could be in the 100s or even 1000s!

I myself was docked a full day's pay and charged half of an MCS assessment fee due to the office failing the MCS assessment a 2nd time, which Damien blamed me and a coworker even though the fault was actually 80% a fault of the office paperwork, something Damien handled himself.
The hours for that month were adjusted as if I just hadn't worked that day, but the deduction from wages wasn't shown on my payslip, it was just withheld by Damien, so I was still taxed on it and my wageslip shows I was paid properly, which I wasn't.

So I was down approximately £500 that month.

Surprisingly it gets worse...

Late and twice now NO wages at all, the latest of which people have been waiting on wages since the 5th of August, it is now the 6th of September with no end in sight, no news, no reason and almost worst of all, no apology.
(Paydays were the 5th of the month, randomly)

When I left I was owed a month's wages, like everyone else, but I had no email or explanation why, I was never told by Damien or anyone in the company until I started calling up frustrated.
I never had any updates and still am not getting any updates.
Those who stayed on till the end, most are now waiting on two months wages without a date in sight on when this money might show up.
This has left so many in financial turmoil and ruin.

Literally the worst company and person you could ever work for and if you do, you are a fool.

Damien refuses to acknowledge any texts or emails relating to the liquidation of the company and the owed wages we were all promised, I assume is a means of expecting us to forget and let him off.
I gave a final ultimatum for information as of end of play today (6th Sept) before I contact ACAS and take this further, but also before writing an honest review.

We have used Heath Electrical Services a number of times and have never been disappointed with the company’s work. Again we have had a couple of lights moved, replacement plugs and attic lighting installed. The two lads, Mitch and Tayte, have done a great job. They worked hard to ensure we were happy with the new positioning of the lights, one of them hanging down over our stairs. They were polite, friendly, extremely clean and tidy, with oodles of patience. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them.

Very professional and knowledgeable employees. I have used this company twice now and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Owen is always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Have used Heath electrical a few times and always do a great job.

They replaced the extractor fan in my kitchen; and everyone in the company that I dealt with were polite, friendly, helpful and professional.

Have had another great service provided by Heath Electrical Services - to fit new living room ceiling lights and one exterior garden light.
Mitch - electrician - was great- a shining example of how to represent the company and in a positive way - polite, engaging, knew what he was doing and with no fuss and with an eye to detail providing a great fit in a timely, professional manner.
